Frank Plaza is the most central area on the upper portion of Second Street.
The banks, fund companies, stock exchanges, and various investment consulting firms in Willdow City are mostly gathered here.
Apart from Hymn Company, most of Willdow City's money is also concentrated here.
They have two extremes.
First are the various banks, where all the valuables are stored in the vaults built by Hymn Company. With these vaults, the most valuable things are secured and there is no longer a need to construct an automatic defense system.
Second are the various financial investment companies. What is truly valuable for these companies are the funds they manage and the clients they have cultivated over a long time, so the physical office buildings are not that important.
They don't need an independent automatic defense system either, just relying on the public defense system of Second Street is sufficient.
