Previously on Nathan's Journey, Nathan faced with his mother's truth about his father , he was left with a love and admiration for his mom as he saw her for what will be the final time, and now he's still reeling of who his half brother might be...
It returns to Nathan and Andrea still talking in the visiting room.
"So your telling me you and Officer Jameson started your investigation?" Nathan says he acknowledges everything Andrea's Journey up until that point. "What's going on with you and..." Nathan almost looks jealous.
"You jealous?" She teases him.
"Well of course I am, I'm your husband. I'm supposed to be the only man your supposed to do that with." He feels what Andrea is doing is going against there vows.
"Did I say we kissed? Did I say we fucked? No, this isn't going where you think it is, I know how to keep it in my pants unlike you." She defends bringing up Nathan cheating on her with Emily.
"Andrea..." Nathan does want to fight... Not like this.
"Your gonna need to take some space and think for a second, your behind bars and I'm trying to get you out. If I was cheating do you think I would ever want you catching me with my side guy? Of course not." Andrea goes on a suspicious rant.
Nathan looks down knowing that when Andrea gets like this there's no talking to her.
"Look baby. I'm not out here cheating. You know my heart belongs to you. Me and Jameson are working on a way to get you out , we are making good progress I'll tell you next time I'm back but keep your chin up and one ultimate piece of advice." Andrea says softly her feminine side showing.
"What?" Nathan says smiling as this is the woman he misses most.
"Guard your cheeks coz I don't want you to get out of here being a bottom, I don't want us going to the bedroom wondering who's Getting bent over ."
Andrea's dirty joke makes Nathan Laugh more than he has in so long.
"Shut up" Nathan blushes hard as he looks Andrea in her eyes. "I'll miss this." He says with a feeling of dread in his voice.
"I'll visit more, your case allows visitation every second day which means I'll get to see you pretty face often. So we can still keep these moments even if..." Andrea leaves her sentence unfinished.
"I want to hold you in person." They say in unison.
"Times up Sanders!" The guards start pulling Nathan away.
"I'll see you soon. You'll come visit me again right?" He says trying to get reassurance from her.
"Of course babe, I'll Always come back I'm not like our shitty parents." She says blowing a kiss to him.
"I'll remember that." He catches the kiss and puts it next to his heart. "I love you!" He says as the door slams on him.
We never get to hear Andrea's response.
"I'll make sure I see her again!" He thinks as his right eye though shrouded in darkness still burns bright.
"Hey cupcake, how my shortie doing?" Tyler speaks with his ridiculous disrespect.
"Shut up!" Nathan says full of defiance as he has his back to him.
Tyler turns Nathan around and wraps his fist around his collar.
"What you say to me?!"
"I said Shut up you generic prisoner!" Nathan says finally rebelling against Tyler.
"Oh ho ho! You think your hot shit because you talked to your girl? You think your him?" He drills a punch into Nathan's stomach.
"Ugh..." He doubles over remembering all his pain caused by Tyler and his body instinctively wants to retreat.
"Where did all that confidence go?" He says holding his ear at Nathan waiting for him to say something. "That's what I thought, when your in here your my bitch not the other way around!" He pushes Nathan aside as he walks away.
"Damn you..." Nathan genuinely feels useless the way he is now. "How do I stop a monster like him..." He says as he watches Tyler's silhouette walk away.
It cuts to Nathan trying to sleep.
"What..." he opens his eyes and hears footsteps approach his cell.
"Who is that?" His eye sees a shadowy figure walking towards him in the hallway.
"Tyler!!" He panics thinking Tyler gonna finish him off.
"I have to move, I have to fight..." He tries to move his body but he can't.
"I'm terrified!!" His body is paralyzed as the figure walks closer and closer.
"I'm helpless!!" Nathan heart beats faster and faster as Tyler's footsteps get closer and closer.
"Out of all the times I've dodged death this can't be the way it ends!!" He thinks crying trying to move but his but he can't do anything he can only hear his heart beat and Tyler's footsteps.
"I can't die like this... This can't be the way my story ends..." The figure in the corner is getting bigger and bigger, Tyler is getting closer and closer.
"No... Stay away!!" He desperately tries to plea but Tyler keeps walking towards him, Nathan is left completely helpless to Tyler's overwhelming pressure.
"No!!" Nathan wakes up as it's morning.
"It was all a dream?" He checks his bed and sees that he pissed himself that's how much fear and terror he was in. "That felt so real... What the hell... was that?" As he wipes the sweat on his head and gets on his hands and knees praying. "Lord please save my soul, I just witness the hands of the devil. I have been faithful why have you turned your back on me? I need your strength , I need your light in this endless darkness. In the Lord's Name Amen." Nathan says begging for what happened to him to never happen again. He needs strength in trying times like this.
"Let me just get to reading more of Seven Rings of Hell." He picks up the book he read before.
"If I want to beat Tyler, I'm gonna need to learn how to fight. Maybe..." He gets up and he starts mimicking the moves he sees the characters doing, copying Sendou's style. "With how the author describes it, it's almost like a manual guide. If I can master this then." He really gain hope as he practices his attacks he's learning from Sendou.
"Hey dumbass, this isn't a boxing anime , get going to the yard!" The guards yells already angry at Nathan's main character syndrome.
"Alright geez." Nathan goes to the yard and for the first time puts on boxing gloves.
"This is my first step to becoming a man Andrea can be proud off, not a cheater, not a guy who can't hurt a fly..." Nathan thinks as he lands a solid one-two.
"But a man who can stand tall as and protect her!!"
Nathan goes hard on the bag even though it's clear he doesn't know what he's doing.
"Bro your form is so trash it doesn't even count as boxing!" Tyler shows up disrespecting Nathan once again.
"Shut up! I that If we have a battle right here right now I'd beat you!!" Nathan says his pride getting in the way of thinking rationally.
"All bark huh? Let's go then, if you can even knock me down once I'll let won't bother you anymore, but if I win... You gotta open up them cheeks coz I'm gonna feast!" Tyler says within disgusting intent behind his words.
Nathan's hears this his body starts stiffening in terror as he feels the pressure from his words because he knows everything he says it isn't a threat... It's a promise...
"Deal." Nathan says refusing to let his fear control him anymore.
"I like that... I love it when they have a Death Wish!!" Tyler's eyes dilate as he smirks as his shadow towers Nathan.
"Bring it." Nathan says calmly his courage unshaken.
They enter the boxing ring and they both prepare.
"I haven't had a chance to beat someone up under no mercy rules in ages." Tyler thinks looking over at the guards watching. "They aren't gonna stop me... I'm gonna enjoy making him suffer!!" Tyler menacingly thinks as he licks his lips looking at Nathan's back.
"Andrea, God watch over me... This might be the end of me or it could be beginning of my redemption!" Nathan thinks as he turns facing Tyler , feeling Andrea and his mom pushing him on in spirit.
The bell rings for the fight of Nathan's life... How will it beginning?
