As soon as she reached the meeting hall, she heard Raksheet and Ashwant talking about something and it seems serious.
"I can't marry her! I don't want to marry her!" Raksheet said.
Ira stopped on her place and her eyes widened in shock. She stepped towards the door and stood beside it to hear what they are talking about.
"But it's good for our kingdom. Your marriage can built a strong alliance between Jwalana and Bayar. And Seya loves you. I know you love Ira a lot but think again. This marriage is good for our kingdom and future generations. There will be no enmity between us which means no war. Our kingdom and people will be secure from every side."
Ira's heartbeat raised, her legs trembled in shock as well as fear. Her eyes turned moist and her lips trembled. Her husband got a marriage proposal from Bayar. Seya want to marry him, she sent a marriage proposal to express her feelings. And it's good for their kingdom. Everyone will want this marriage to happen if it's good for their kingdom. Which means everyone will ask her husband to marry Seya.
No, it can't be. Her husband loves her a lot. He will never marry anyone else. He said he love her and if we love someone, we couldn't replace them. He will not replace her. She can't share him with anyone.
She tried to hear carefully again and heard Raksheet sighing harshly.
"Alright, if you want, I will marry her. For the sake of our kingdom." He said and Ira felt the ground shift beneath her feet. Her legs trembled and she felt like falling. She took the support from the wall beside her and a tear escaped from her eyes. She felt like her life ended as soon as it started.
Her husband is ready to marry someone else. He didn't even asked her. He didn't thought about her, her feelings, her love for him. He want to marry someone else just for his kingdom but what about his wife? Don't he care about her feelings? Is she nothing for him?
"What? Really? Are you sure you want to marry her?" Ashwant asked.
Raksheet nod and replied "Yes, I am sure."
That was it, Ira felt her heart ache so badly that tears fell from her eyes like river. She quickly ran away from there and went in her chamber.
Advika saw Ira crying and running to her chamber. She followed her and entered in her chamber.
Ira looked at Advika and cried even more harder. Advika immediately locked the door and went towards Ira. She was sitting on her bed and holding her head, feeling helpless.
Advika kneeled infront of Ira and asked "What happened, your highness? Why are you crying?"
Ira was not in the condition to answer and sobbed hardly.
Advika stood up and poured water in a glass and asked Ira to drink it to calm down.
Ira drank it obediently because she want to tell Advika what happened. She want her help, she want to tell it to someone and stop her husband from marrying Seya, her biggest enemy.
After drinking the water, Ira gave the glass to Advika and tried to speak.
Advika placed the glass away and asked "What happened? Someone said something?"
Ira tried to talk in her stuttering voice "R-Raksheet.....H-He....."
Advika rubbed Ira's hand to console her and asked "His majesty what?"
"H-He is....he is m-marrying Seya." She managed to say and burst into tears.
Advika looked at her confused as well as shocked "What? He is marrying Seya? The princess of Bayar?"
Ira nod.
"But they are our enemy. How can he marry her?"
"T-To end the...to end the enmity." Ira replied.
"But he is already married to you! Did he asked you your opinion? Did he take your permission? First of all, who told you that he is marrying Seya?" Advika investigated.
"I-I heard him a-and father talking about it....he was telling Raksheet h-how this marriage is g-good for our kingdom. R-Raksheet agreed t-to marry her for his kingdom."
Advika was shocked to hear that Raksheet can do this. He didn't even asked for Ira's permission. He love her but he didn't hesitated to say yes for a marriage proposal just for his kingdom.
Advika held Ira's hand and said "He will not marry anyone else. We will not let him marry anyone else. You have to talk to him about it. You left your house, your parents, your family, your kingdom just for him. You gave him your everything, your life, your love, your body, your heart and he didn't even asked before agreeing for a marriage proposal. The girl is his enemies daughter. How can he do that?"
As Advika mentioned about Ira giving her body to Raksheet, she realised that may be Raksheet is fed up of her refusing him everytime whenever he touch her. He is a man, he have needs too and somehow, Ira didn't fulfilled it. May be he is angry and now he want someone who will always surrender herself infront of him and give him everything he want. He want someone to fulfill his needs. And Seya is eager to do that. The thought of Seya touching Raksheet made Ira shiver. She shook her head repeatedly and said
"It can't be. I can't let her touch my husband. She can't marry him!"
Advika cupped Ira's face immediately to stop her from overthinking and said "Calm down your highness. You can't be like this. You have to stay strong. He is your husband. You are his first wife. You have more rights on him than anyone else."
Ira looked at Advika and tried to say "A-Advika, c-can I tell you something?"
Advika nod immediately "Anything."
"You will n-not judge me right?"
Advika shook her head and held Ira's hand "I will never judge you your highness. I can never judge you. Because I know you can never do anything wrong."
Ira closed her eyes for a moment and took a deep breath. She opened her eyes and looked at Advika "Actually.....R-Raksheet and I.....we...we never got physical."
Advika was unable to respond. What can she say about it? She thought Ira and Raksheet have a good relationship which include physical relation too, that's why they love eachother so much. But Ira is saying that they never got physical.
"What? He didn't touched you yet?" She asked.
Ira nod, looking down at her hands.
"Why?"
Ira slowly looked up at Advika, feeling embarrassed and scared to answer. "Because...because I wasn't ready. I was scared. H-He asked me about it once and said that he can't wait anymore b-but I didn't took it seriously." Tears escaped from her eyes, feeling so stupid that her husband told her that he can't wait anymore but still, she didn't took it seriously.
Advika cupped Ira's cheek with one hand and said gently "It's ok. It's not your fault. You was scared. It's normal. But you should have talked about it to me or you mother-in-law. We would have helped you. But it's not too late. We can fix it. He haven't accepted the proposal officially."
"What do you mean?" Ira asked confused.
Advika took a deep breath and held Ira's hands "You have to be brave. He is your husband and you have to make him realise it that only you deserve him. You have to give him what he want. Tonight, you have to show him how beautiful you are."
"You mean....I have to...."
Advika nod "Yes, you have to seduce him and sleep with him. A man can never resist such a opportunity and he can't forget it easily. I am telling you, the next morning, he will reject the marriage proposal by himself."
"But I don't know how to do that." Ira replied in low voice, feeling shy.
"You don't have to do much. He already love you so it's easy for you to seduce him. But if you want help, I will teach you."
Ira immediately looked up at Advika and requested "Please teach me. I don't want to loose him. I can't see him marrying someone else."
"Fine. Let's start with your outfit."
Meanwhile, in meeting hall.
"Yes, I am sure." Raksheet replied. "I will marry her for my kingdom but you will lose your son. I will be the great king but a bad husband."
Ashwant looked at Raksheet in confusion and asked "What do you mean?"
Raksheet took a deep breath and replied "I can't break Ira's heart. She trusts me alot and I have told her that I don't like Seya and I will never marry her. If I marry Seya, I will break my wife's heart. I think you remember what grandfather told us about Irya."
Ashwant's expression suddenly dropped. He gulped silently.
"I don't want it to happen with Ira or me. She had faced a lot of things in her past, I can't let it happen to her again. She trust me alot and I can't break her trust. I have already told grandfather that I will never marry anyone else."
Ashwant nod and replied "I know, he told me. And he don't know about this marriage proposal."
He looked at Raksheet and said "look Raksheet, I don't want to force you. The reason of telling you about this marriage proposal is that you always put your kingdom first. I would have rejected this proposal as soon as it arrived but I thought to tell you because you are a king now. You should think about your personal and professional life equally."
"I know." Raksheet replied.
Ashwant smiled slightly and folded the letter, putting it back in envelope "Fine, I will send a rejection letter to Bayar."
Raksheet smiled "Father, I just want to tell you one thing. I love Ira and I can't replace her. Doesn't matter how tough the situation is or how much pressure I have on my shoulder, I will never marry anyone else. Not for my pleasure or kingdom. I am capable of running this kingdom without any alliance through marriage. I don't want history to repeat and face what grandfather have faced. I am not so strong like him. I will break. I can't loose Ira and be the reason of her suffering."
