"Fine....may be. She didn't mentioned it yet. But I am sure she is thinking about it and worrying a lot."
Abhiveera opened his eyes and looked at Raksheet seriously. "You should be with her and tell her that you love her. Don't let her feel sad and alone. She need you and your love right now. No need to work today. Ashwant and I will take care of work. You need rest too. Go and spend some time with her."
Raksheet thought for awhile and then nod. "Ok, I will spend time with her today. But grandfather, I just want to tell you this...." He looked at his grandfather courageously and seriously "I will not marry anyone anymore. Ira is my only wife and I don't want or need any second wife or mistress. So please, if anyone sent any marriage proposal for me, don't accept it."
Abhiveera smiled slightly to see Raksheet's love for Ira. But there are somethings they have to think about.
"Are you sure? I mean, Ira is weak, what if it affects your kids and heir of our family? What will we do then?"
Raksheet looked outside the window, thinking carefully. He is not greedy for throne. If he have to give up the throne, he will do so. But he can't see Ira crying and depressed because him marrying someone else.
He gulped hard and looked at his grandfather "I am sure we can have a perfect heir. Even if Ira is incapable of giving birth to a good heir now, i am sure she will after some treatment. I will ask her to see a healer. I will summon the best healer of the kingdom to treat Ira. I am sure we can do it. And if we can't..."
He breathed deeply before continuing and smiled "We have Ahil. He will take the throne and rule our kingdom. He will give the perfect heir to our kingdom. I don't mind giving up my throne and I am sure Ira will not have any problem with it. She want me to be the most powerful person and will be angry if I give up the throne. But I know she is not greedy for power. She just want me to be powerful. And if I don't want to be the king, she will not force me. And Ahil is capable to become the king. She will be happy for him."
Abhiveera sighed sadly. He never thought that this day will ever come. Where they have to discuss about Raksheet leaving the throne he deserves the most and giving it to someone else.
"If you don't have any problem, I can't say anything. Both you and Ahil are my grandson. Doesn't matter who becomes the king, I will be happy for both of you. But you have worked hard for it. I don't want you to give up on it so easily. I hope you don't have to give up your throne in future. You deserve it."
"I hope so too." He replied and stood up. "I am leaving."
"Alright."
Raksheet was about to leave when he suddenly stopped and asked. "Grandfather, should I take Ira for a tour in city? She didn't stepped out of the palace. May be her mood will lit up."
Abhiveera nod with a smile "Go on. Take her wherever she want and buy her whatever she likes."
"Alright." He smiled brightly and left the chamber.
Abhiveera looked at his hands on the table. He sighed deeply, closing his eyes to control his emotions. He don't want more loss. He don't want Ira to suffer because of a lie, thinking that lie can turn into reality.
Finally, he made up his mind, not to ask Raksheet to marry anyone else in future. He opened his eyes and looked outside the window. The anger, the pain he was feeling right now, he didn't felt it from decades. The last time he felt it, he had caused a lot of destruction. He don't want that side of him to come infront of his family.
"Princess?" Raksheet called as soon as he entered in his chamber. He looked arround but the chamber was empty. He stepped inside further and tried to find her. He went towards the bathroom and heard water sound coming from inside.
A smirk spread on his lips and he knocked on the door. "Princess?"
"Raksheet?" She asked from inside.
"Yes, are you done? Do you need help?"
"Shut up!" She yelled in embarrassment.
She quickly finished her bath and came outside, glaring at him and drying her hair with towel.
"You are shameless." She said, glaring at him.
"Let me help you." He took the towel from her hand, ignoring her glare and pulled her towards her dressing table. "Sit"
She smiled slightly and sat down on the dressing stool. Her long silver hairs were touching the floor and wetting the carpet. He kneeled down behind her and started rubbing her hair with towel gently. He carefully rubbed her hair, not to hurt her. She was looking at him through the mirror, admiring him with love. Her heart felt like happiness and peace filled in it but the sudden thought of losing him made her heart ache.
"Why you came back? Don't you have work?" She asked to divert her mind.
"No, grandfather said he will take care of work." He placed the towel aside when he was done drying her hair. "Get ready fast. We are going out, to the city."
"What? Who? Me?" She asked in shock while pointing her finger at herself and looked at him through the mirror.
He chuckled on her shocked expression and petted her head "Yes, you. You and me. We are going for a tour in city. You didn't went out since our marriage, so let's go out now and do some shopping. I want you to see the city and market. I didn't gave you any gift yet. So I will buy you anything you want today."
She held his hand and kissed his palm "You have given me so many gifts already."
"When?" He asked confused.
"You gave me your love, respect. You love me even after knowing that my family hate me. You accepted me even after knowing that I am useless. You helped me in taking care of my grandfather. And still, you are working hard for your kingdom and trying to protect my grandfather at the same time. You have given me lots of gifts, I can't afford more."
He hugged her from behind tightly "You are my wife, my love. It's my duty to protect you and your family. Your family is my family too. And about your sickness, I don't have any problem with it. You will recover soon. I will always love you. But if you still feel bad about it..."
He looked at her through the mirror "We can try to fix it. We can ask a healer to treat you. I am sure you will recover completely after some treatments."
Ira's eyes widened in shock and her heartbeat raised in fear. Treatment? from a healer? If she takes treatment, her identity will be revealed to everyone. The medicines and therapy will badly affect her health.
She quickly turned around and held his hands. She smiled with trembling lips and tried to look normal but the fear was seen on her face.
"T-Treatment? N-No I don't need it. It's useless. It will not yield any result. It will only waste our time and money."
"Don't think about money! I would spend all my wealth if it could help you recover! At least let's try. Who knows, maybe the treatment could be helpful. I will summon the best healer of the kingdom."
She felt tongue twisted. This man is ready to spend his all wealth for her. How long will she be able to hide her identity if he keeps trying to force her to take treatment?
"B-But...it's useless!"
"Why?! First, Let's try and then we can conclude whether it is useful or useless!" His voice raised without him knowing and in the response she yelled back.
"But I know it's useless!"
"How?!"
She fell silent, not knowing how to answer. Gulping in nervousness, thinking for an excuse she came up with an idea.
She looked at him with teary eyes and replied in low voice.
"Because....because my grandfather has already tried it. He tried to treat me but nothing worked. I have taken a lot of medicines and therapies but it's useless."
"What?" He asked shocked. "You already took treatment?"
She nod slowly, looking down at the floor.
His grip tightened on her hand and he looked at her with soft eyes. "W-Who was the healer? Let's try one more time. May be the healer wasn't that qualified. Let's try a little more. Can you tell me the procedure of your treatment? We have to tell that to our healer for your treatment. Please Ira, just one more try. If healer says that it will not work or it can affect your health, I will not force you. But at least let's meet him"
