After meeting up with the two ladies, Karl had already gotten out of the forest using a path that he had scouted beforehand and had judged to be relatively safe for a knight like him.
Following that path, they had managed to get out of the forest in a very short amount of time if compared to before. And as all the battles were handled by Karl and his overpowering strength, these battles lasted for a very short period of time.
After coming out the forest, Karl met up with Terry and loaded the items with him on the carriage. There were quite a lot of valuable things among the items so Karl was very cautious about handling them.
With four people working together, the task of loading the carriage did not take too much time. And after they were done, now they just needed to wait for Weiss to come back.
