The afternoon light streamed into the 1st-year special classroom at Albions School of Wizard and Witchcraft, painting the polished desks in warm gold.
In front of the blackboard, Luna and Nuxion stood locked in a furious duel, their claws flashing in rapid, graceful arcs.
"I will hug Master first, Nuxion!" Luna declared, her voice light but edged with competitive fire as she sliced her clawed finger toward Nuxion.
Nuxion blocked the blow with a casual flick of her hand, then smirked. "No… I will hug Heard Lord first when he returns."
From her desk, Lysandra sighed loudly, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Stop this already…"
The girls didn't listen. They never did.
Selvara sat with her arms folded tightly under her chest, tsundere pout firmly in place. "Mmph… Idiots…" she muttered, though her own cheeks were faintly pink.
Zerra cheered from her seat, pumping her fist. "Luna! Nuxion! Go! Show us what first-years can do!"
