"This is the final outpost. Once we destroy this one, the tide of the war will change." Yorrigan cold taste victory as it was almost in her grasp.
"Sweet. Let's get this over with then." Kai was about to light the whole place on fire when Yorrigan stopped him.
"Wait, don't destroy the place mindlessly as you did the others."
He raised an eyebrow. "Why?"
"I have a friend who's trapped there."
He frowned. "A man?"
"No, a woman. And why? Would that make you jealous?" She grinned
"Heh, no. Why would I be jealous of a man whom I can just erase from existence if I wanted?" Kai wasn't even jealous of some of his girls who had husbands prior to him taking them away from them.
Over the past two years, he made sure to have his girls who were married previously cut off their former spouses. They all belonged to him...respectfully.
