"Help… Help me… Please… Someone."
Eldra thought she could accept her fate, but she was wrong. The Dark Side clouded the Light, making her cries for salvation fall on deaf ears. With tears welling up in those dim blue eyes, she laid down on the hard, unpleasant stone ground and clenched her jaw. Those long Lekko splayed out just like her arms, while her legs… She could still feel them. That horrible burning sensation. The way she had to tear away the necrotic flesh with the Force. Close her wounds, then struggle to heal faster through meditation.
"Save me… Save… Me…"
She had a fever and probably something much worse. For a year, she's been surviving here. Eating raw meat from strange bugs and rat-like creatures that thought she was prey. This cave has fresh water, but is it really safe? Probably not. The fact that she survived a whole year under these conditions is a miracle.
"Anything… I'll do… Anything… Please… Kikha, Daesha, Master… Save me."
"Anything?" She opened her eyes wide and came back to her senses for a moment, feeling her heart pound much harder than before!
"Yes! Please! Save me!" Eldra shouted with the last of her strength and her vision went dim once more.
There was silence for a while. So long that she fell asleep, regardless of her pain and fear. She wasn't afraid a year ago, but now? After she had already lost everything, why was she so scared? So desperate for salvation…
Suddenly her body felt cold and wet. Then warm and dry. Opening her eyes, she thought this was another delusion or fantasy. She saw a white ceiling. There was a warm black blanket over her body, but that was all. Even her 'Lekku', the headdress she always wore, was removed by someone.
She was also incredibly clean. For a moment, Eldra almost teared up again. It had been so long, but someone actually came to rescue her… Finally, the Jedi sent someone!
"Hello?" The blue girl called out in a raspy voice. However, there was no one there. It wasn't long though, before the room shook a bit and she could feel that familiar sense of danger again! Fortunately it didn't last long before everything was calm once more.
*Tsssh~!* The metal door slid open to the side and she struggled to sit upright, her body still incredibly weak.
"Oh dear! You're finally awake!" A shiny silver protocol droid walked into the room awkwardly. Shuffling over closer to the bed and looking down at the sickly Twi'lek woman's face.
"Was your… Owner the one that saved me?"
"Why yes, indeed, my Master heard your cries for help and put all of us in grave danger to save you… Oh, I apologize. I don't blame you, I just blame these damned pirates."
"Who is it? Master Mundi, Master Windu…"
"I'm sorry, but I don't know who you're referring to… I am C-3PO. Human-Cyborg Relations. It's a pleasure to meet you."
"I'm Kaitis… Eldra Kaitis. Your Master is-"
"Ah! How rude of me! Master Asmodeus is resting now with Mistress Skywalker."
Eldra smiled wryly, "Sorry… I don't think I know any Jedi named Asmodeus."
"Neither do I." The droid started at her blankly for a while, before nervously laughing, "Now I remember! Yes, my Master told me to ask you a question when you woke up."
"What question?" She furrowed her dark brows, "Is it…"
"Are you really willing to do 'anything'?" C-3PO's voice changed dramatically, became much deeper, darker, more sinister and… Seductive. Those yellow eyes seemed to emulate the golden stare of his Master.
"What do you want?" Eldra frowned, "I'm a Jedi."
'I want…' That voice whispered into her mind suddenly and startled her, 'You.'
"You want me to be your slave?" She couldn't help laughing, "Are you sure about that? Enslaving me didn't turn out so well for the others."
"Yes or no?" C-3PO asked in Asmodeus' voice.
"If I say no?"
"We'll send you 'Home'. Back to Daesha and Kikha."
