Qin Qi was speechless and broke into a chuckle, but did not deny it.
Yan Shuiming slightly knitted her brows, "This matter isn't entirely without room for compromise!"
"Senior, do you have an alternative solution?" Qin Qi asked, puzzled.
Yan Shuiming spoke, "For the next three years, you may continue to stay at the residence of the Ji sisters, but I will announce to the outside world that you hold the status of Young Palace Master of the Primordial Heart Palace!"
"This way, everyone will know that you are already under my banner!"
Qin Qi grew even more confused in his heart, "Senior, why are you so insistent on having me join your ranks?"
"What, is it wrong for me to want to recruit you?" Yan Shuiming stared straight at Qin Qi with intense eyes.
Qin Qi replied, neither humble nor overbearing, "I only believe that all matters in this world revolve around profit. If Senior goes to such lengths to invite me into your fold, it can't simply be about winning me over!"
