Chapter 107 - Divine Circuits and Heavenly Sins

The alchemy workshop smells of scorched copper, cinnamon oil, and mild panic.

Vuvi's fingers blur over a glowing runescreen while Raenly hovers behind her, holding a delicate filament of divine gold that pulses faintly between his fingers. Nestled in the center of the obsidian worktable lies Pip's frame: gleaming, sleek, but still unfinished.

His divine crystal hovers above the open cavity in his chest, spinning slowly as waves of shimmering energy curl outward like golden petals unfolding one by one.

"We're close," Vuvi mutters, chewing her lip. "The resonance is almost clean. Just a few more stabilizers and—"

The heavy door opens with a long, groaning creeaak~.

Mysa steps in, dark robes cinched tight around her waist, a silver tray of snacks balanced neatly on one palm. "You've both been at this for hours," she says softly, nudging the door shut behind her with her hip. "Eat before you pass out."

Vuvi gives her a curt nod, eyes never leaving the calibration glyphs. "Thanks."
