This is a non-habitable planet, the entire surface of which is covered in ice, with a normal temperature ranging from -50 degrees to -100 degrees. In some cold radiation areas, the temperature is even more extreme, reaching absolute zero, which is minus 273.15 degrees Celsius.
At such temperatures, not to mention life, most bacteria would stop reproducing.
According to the Civilization Council standards, this is a standard low-temperature star body, not uncommon in the cosmos.
The only rare aspect is that its previous form was a habitable planet.
Across any star system in the universe, habitable planets are the minority, while non-habitable planets are the majority, with extreme survival environments being mainstream.
