Celestial Monarch Mountain was incredibly vast. Even though the Celestial Monarch River was exceptionally wide, it still seemed insignificant compared to the entire Spirit Mountain. A Market was situated halfway up the mountain, while the peak was covered in pristine white snow, resembling the white hair of an old man in his twilight years. Beneath this snow lay the number one dojo of the Southern Wilderness Province—State Governor Liu's Monarch Sword Dojo.
State Governor Liu's Daoist name was originally Celestial Monarch. However, upon reaching a certain age, he realized that all Cultivators in the world—even those at the Nascent Soul stage—were far too insignificant compared to heaven and earth. Thus, he changed his Daoist name to Monarch Sword. Of course, because his status as a State Governor of the Righteous Sect was far more noble than his identity as a Nascent Soul Cultivator, most Cultivators still respectfully referred to him as Lord Governor.
