Entering the underwater world was a major undertaking that required the combined efforts of a top sixth-tier civilization spanning over a hundred Divine Eras.
The normal path for civilization is only one:
Using an underwater train to transport supplies, spending tens of thousands of years midway through the seawater to establish a stable new world in space, and then the entire civilization slowly takes hundreds of years to descend into the ocean floor.
In other words, God had a cheat, traveling alone without moving the entire family fortress like others, plus the speed of Star Rushing Lightning, it only took five years.
An unbelievable infiltration speed!
But God's return trip took a full 10 years.
The God of Magic, Bal, was extremely calm:
