Watching Fatty Nine itching to give it a go, Li Xin chuckled, it seemed like the two of them had mustered some courage from who knows where, definitely not from Liang Jingru.
"Oh, what are we betting on?"
"We're all comrades here, just for fun, one Gold Lira per game, simple, let's see who's bigger." Fatty Nine said.
"Don't cry if you lose." Li Xin laughed.
Fatty Nine wanted to curse; how could this kid be so annoying, just because he was born with a mouth. Master Jiu has roamed the Divine Land for decades, when has he ever endured such a grievance.
"Heh heh, as long as you accept your loss and don't backtrack." Fatty Nine said casually, pulling out some dice along with a rather crude clay bowl, its surface covered in fine cracks, looking quite ancient.
"Where'd you get that shoddy bowl? Can't you swap it for a decent one?" Li Xin asked.
