Yu Sangwan tugged at the corner of her mouth; she had been so busy with her father's affairs these past two days that she almost forgot about her neighbor Rong Jin.
"I'm going to handle the transfer procedures for my father."
Rong Jin was stunned and quickly said, "Wait for me!"
He turned around, went inside to change clothes, and came out to join Yu Sangwan downstairs. "Let's go, I'll accompany you; it's my day off today anyway."
"Uh..." Yu Sangwan felt quite embarrassed. "There's no need."
After all, she wasn't very familiar with Rong Jin and hadn't told him about her family issues.
Rong Jin looked down at her, shook his head, and sighed, "Don't refuse anymore. Do you know you look really unwell? Do you consider me a friend or not? I'm a man, and when it comes to physical tasks like hospital transfers, I should be able to help."
Yu Sangwan felt desolate and didn't refuse further. She indeed felt exhausted; having a man around was certainly better.
"Well... thank you."
