"Actually, it's nothing much, Old Lin, mainly... I just want to have a few brothers accompany my brother out, so he won't be alone on the road... hehe, you know he doesn't have much experience killing zombies, so..."
"Then I'll go."
"I'll go too!"
Upon hearing Li Zhong's explanation, Hua Biao and Shen Lian both stepped up to volunteer.
Old Zhao quickly intervened: "Hey, hey, you two stay put, we have enough people here at the base. You've been up all night, don't worry about it. Xiao Guo, I'll accompany you for a trip later."
"Uncle Zhao, you can't go alone. Little Wu, let's go with Uncle Zhao," Wen Quanxin nudged Wu Chao's arm. Without a word, Wu Chao nodded immediately.
"Is there anything else needed?"
"Nothing, Old Lin, I've got everything ready," Li Guo said, showing the backpack on his back.
"Great! Since that's settled, Old Zhao, you guys can head out!"
With that, Old Zhao, Wu Chao, Wen Quanxin, and Li Guo geared up with their weapons and equipment and left the base.
