"I have heard of similar systems from the players. They divide academies into elementary, middle, high school, university, and so on. Except for elementary and middle school, one must grasp certain knowledge and participate in exams to advance. Is Speaker Lor planning to mimic their civilization system to establish such an academy?"
Most legislators were curious about this new system, while a few had some understanding of the concepts proposed by Lor.
For instance, the Fourth Ring Life Wizard Ted had learned about this concept from casual chats with players and immediately recalled it upon hearing Lor's proposal.
