That the Mother Ship equipped with the Destruction is currently in Phase Space.
The nature of Phase Space interferes with Spiritual Energy Fluctuation, disrupts the transmission of light, and also affects the ships' Radiant Energy System.
But it does not interfere with warp fluctuation.
In normal circumstances, a warp conducted in Phase Space is perceptible in the normal universe.
