Blood Eye snapped, her singular eye blazing with an unholy fury as she looked over her broad shoulder at Nicolas, who casually dropped from his perch on the sky-high battlements, landing flawlessly on his feet without kicking up a single speck of dust.
"Fine. Fine. You don't need to get angry, I was just kidding," Nicolas said, putting his hands up in a placating gesture. He slowly turned his gaze toward the endless, roaring sea of corrupted abominations charging their position, a calm, terrifying smile touching his lips. He raised his right hand, extending his index finger directly at the remaining monsters.
"If you want to go wild, do it with style." He expertly imitated a gun with his hand, his finger aimed squarely at the center of the monstrous horde, and with a quiet click of his tongue, he shot.
