(Bartholomew) Let me explain that...
Since the old times out God has been appearing and disappearing from history, throughout many times he has been leaving bits and pieces of the world history, today we have, according to him, about 85% of it correctly.
But to summarize it up
Once upon a time there shall be 3 heroes, they may bring chaos or salvation to this world according to their will, having a power rival to one another if the 3 work in harmony they shall challenge even the gods...
But there is a problem the 3 that hold those powers may not like nor help each other grow stronger
The legends also say that they hold a way to find each other and that while waiting for the heroes to be born this... System! Also started helping common people that had potential to grow indefinitely as long as they had some guidance...
(Benjamin) But the system only helps them achieve what they think they need.
(Benjamin) For me it was being a hero but after achieving this dream the system stopped helping me, until...
_ until?
(Benjamin patting my head) Until we find a new purpose that we need more power for. (*Looks at me in the eyes*)
_ But that still doesn't answer how you guys know I'm from another world
(Bartholomew) (*Ahem*) As I was saying!
All that is said in the legends is that there is only 3 people that hold the power to turn the world upside down
But also that these people may not be originally from this world and if needed God will choose them from other places
The rest of the history is unknown because Almost every powerful family or clan has a version
_ And what is the Vermillions version?
(Bartholomew) We don't have one because we are not powerful on our own but the kingdom we serve under has one and it is that:
The eyes are the secret to finding out who can be the hero...
(Bartholomew) Most people only have black or brown eyes so if your eye is a distinct color you might be the hero or someone from your family.
(Bartholomew) That is the reason why we are treated like viscounts even though we are originally barons
_ But wouldn't that bring envy from other powerful families?
(Bartholomew) It does but more than that there are extremists that try to kill anyone with different eyes.
(Bartholomew) It is also said by the extremists that once the 3 heroes get together God himself would stop helping us and let fate decide itself
_ So they decimate whole families to still have God's help... It is not a bad plan but a selfish one
_More than that, the fact that they decided to do it and we are still here means one of three things
1- they might not have enough power yet because the revelation was recent and we where already stronger
2- the king who protect us is stronger than the whole organization but as soon as he falls we are doomed
Or 3- they are going for the smaller families and taking them out first, by doing that building up influence and bringing more people to their side
_ but even if I break it down like that it all comes down to "they lack the power"
(Bartholomew, Benjamin, Sara & Maids) (*In awe*)
(Bartholomew) And you deduced that just on what we told you...?
_Wait, there is also a 4th option that if they lack the power to instantly wipe us out they might take the longer game and send a couple spies to our side...
_I noticed everyone in the city has red, reddish, or somewhat red related eyes, I also saw a couple of pink eyes but my point is that there is no one that isn't a hero candidate in the city so it makes all more improbable to have spies
_but then again it could be one of us... One of the family, one of my cousins, even one of you...
_nah I am just paranoid, but keep a open eye for what I just said
(Bartholomew) But now to the most important question, who are you or better who where you?

_ I didn't have much going on in my life so most of my time I spent reading
(Benjamin) That is why you could do math, read and write although in a strange language
