About eight years ago now at the time of Transmigration, True_Sage's soul took over Alex Fury's body by merging with the body's original weak soul and becoming the dominant party in the merger.
For the most parts, the ego retained after the fusion was that of True_Sage.
However, it wasn't like the body's original body didn't have any impact on the fusion.
It granted the merged soul access to its memories and its body's bloodline with little to no resistance. But also shared across the merger were the original soul's most potent emotions.
Fear towards Earl Drake Fury—or rather the fear, and disappointment, of a son who believed they failed their father.
