Hi guys!
If you're reading this, then that means I'm still having technical problem with my laptop and could not upload further chapters.
I scheduled this announcement chapter to be uploaded right after my latest chapter is released (supposedly 'To Climb Higher Part 5').
While I was writing this announcement, I'm already having problems with my laptop and I wasn't sure when it'll finally give out on me.
I was worried that suddenly I could not use my laptop anymore and could not tell you guys why I had stopped uploading more chapters.
So that's why I prepared this announcement just in case.
I've been writing this story in my laptop and I would need to replace it before I could continue writing and uploading again.
I'm not sure how long that process would take, hopefully it will be so quickly that you would never have to read this announcement.
But, in case I still haven't got my laptop fixed/replaced by the time my latest scheduled saved chapter is uploaded, now you at least know why no chapter would come tomorrow.
I'm so sorry for this abrupt hiatus, especially since the climb to the 20th floor has begun.
I know this news is very disappointing. I am disappointed as well.
But do know that I'm committed to write this story to the end.
So the fan-fic isn't over yet.
I'm not going to leave you guys hanging.
I know how upsetting it is with unfinished story, though I might have done that with my other works that I dropped.
But this fan-fic is sort of my passion project.
One that I kept going back to because I just love the concept of Pick Me Up, Infinite Gacha. One that I liked to keep doing because writing this story helps me develop as a writer.
So you don't have to worry of this being the end of PMU, Another Lobby!
I actually already outlined the story up to the 50th Floor (designed all the Quintal Trials in detail, how they all would be cleared by Serafina and her raid squad, the main plots in between boss stages, the character progression and new characters that will appear).
The ideas for the 55th Floor and above have already been brewing in both my mind and my drafts for some time as well, especially the 80th Floor.
I also already wrote the ending for this fan-fic. The destination of Serafina's journey is already set.
Even during the hiatus, I will keep developing the story's outline since I had been doing it in my phone's note.
So the story development won't get abandoned during the break.
It will actually (hopefully) be even more polished once the hiatus is over.
Though, it might take a while before I'll upload the next chapter.
Perhaps a few weeks, a month or two. Or might just be only a couple of days.
But the story will DEFINITELY continue!
This is not the end of Serafina's journey!
The climb will resume!
