The crystal struggled to keep itself together as something swooped down and broke it as Starscream revealed himself. Immediately the energon and the electricity was completely gone from this area as Alexa was struggling to get anything on her phone "Damn it! He cut out everything." Alexa said as she pressed on her phone with frustration. "And it seems like that crystal also removed most of the energon out of the area. We are fine but some of my inventions aren't working." Wheeljack said looking over his scanner which was malfunctioning while Bumblebee replied to Wheeljack and asked "Can anything else work?" As Wheeljack looked at his blaster and answered "Well our weapons, but they have very low energon so they aren't affected as much." Alexa looked seeing Starscream looking at them as she pulled herself away from the edge, the forest floor was quite high up here and Starscream could fly up there if he wanted to, even with his increased weight and bulk. He was quite fast even in his wounded state. Soon he flew upwards and began to shoot at them as Bumblebee yelled "Look out!" And they looked upwards seeing purple laser beams going towards them as they all dodged in different directions. Bumblebee got hit, making his arm burnt while Alexa only got a small burn on her stained face and Wheeljack completely dodged.
Bumblebee groaned as Alexa attempted to pull him up despite being a human while Wheeljack saw that Starscream was getting completely pissed off "Look like these ones are hard to kill." He said to himself loudly and he turned his red optics to them again. "Don't worry, I'll make your death easy for you!" He said laughing before landing on the ground and grabbed out his sword of karma as he began to try bring down large slashes. Wheeljack got in front and immediately grabbed the sword trying to grab it from Starscream's hands. Starscream did not expect this and soon ended up trying to grab it back "Pathetic Autobot scum!" Starscream spat out with venom in his voice as he kicked him back with the hard part of his pedes. Meanwhile they were distracted, Bumblebee got up and soon pushed Starscream out of the way which completely caught him off guard. Starscream landed on his pedes having his sword in his servo again while all three looked at each other than back at Starscream. "I'll just have to end this my own way." The Seeker said as Bumblebee replied with "I like to see you try Starscream." Which that response made him even more angry and grabbed Bumblebee and his arm trying to twist it with firm fingers. Bumblebee face paled seeing that Starscream was trying to break his arm and completely regret his own words.
Bumblebee struggled to remove the seeker from him as he twisted his arm, making him yell in pain as he fell backwards as Starscream raised one of his pedes, and crushed some of his armour plating with the jet struts of his pedes as he began to soon push down and Bumblebee struggled with his optics glitching out and trying to get Starscream's pede off him so his spark wouldn't be crushed. As Starscream was about to raise his pede and crush his armour plating, Alexa looked in panic and she grabbed her revolver and Wheeljack had shot the back of Starscream's back. Starscream turned looking as he said "Oh so the mortal and the junk making Cybertronian want to fight now." As Alexa responded with quietly "Don't call my friends that, Starscream." As Starscream rolled his optics and said "You are so boring anyways. Goodbye." As he jumped in front of both of them, making Alexa look startled while Wheeljack was forced back. Starscream tried to decapitate both of them until a large bullet was seen flying at him and hit the side of his arm which made him fall to the side. Hoist had revealed himself to be the one who had shot Starscream as he ran up to them and frantically asked "Are you three okay!?" As he saw their conditions and only can reply with "Oh..." Alexa looked incredibly stressed out, Bumblebee seemed to struggle to move his arm and looked hurt while Wheeljack was upset and seemed angry by what happened. Hoist assessed over their condition as Starscream pulled out the bullet from his already wounded arm and managed to get up. The sounds of bones snapping or twisted could be heard.
They looked in surprise as the wounded Starscream straightened himself up, his wounds not appealing to him as he turned around, most of his actual appearance was showing as the illusion broke showing even more wounds, he had a few wrinkles on his already human looking hands (although they still looked very metallic) and his wings now had underside being cut with some black oil appearing to stain some parts of his wings and whip-lash wounds were seen on his back. His neck now seemed to have black rashes as he appeared even more horrific to look at. Alexa felt uncomfortable looking at his original appearance and when the illusion broke, she felt sick while Bumblebee said "What the hell!?" While Wheeljack seemed to look cautiously "Hm, this fight has been going on for a while! Very well, I got more importsant things. I will come back." His voice now sounded more similar to his former self when he wasn't broken but still has the raspiness, the tone felt harsh but now was a little high-pitched as Statscream flew and left the area.
"Oh goodness gracious no..." Alexa turned her head trying to not to feel nauseous as Bumblebee asked "Hey are you okay?" As Alexa nodded and stated "Yeah, when he revealed himself, I actually felt a little sick." Wheeljack replied "Understandable, he is horrifying even to us. We are more used to gruesome things since we seen how much has happened but nobody wants to look at a completely wounded Cybertronian." Alexa breathed feeling a little better now that he was gone as she wondered where Optimus was. She had a bad feeling that Starscream was doing something that may end up making things worse in the future. Bumblebee also felt a little sick despite himself not being extremely sensitive to violence. Bumblebee was a warrior of course but Starscream looked like the stuff of human nightmares. Wheeljack had felt a little uneasy but wasn't sick as all of them looked at each other. Hoist had went away to grab his stuff and when he came back, he saw all of them were reacting negatively to what happened just now. "What is going on here?" Hoist asked and Alexa responded with a strained "S-Starscream." Which immediately gave him a idea of what happened. Alexa sighed as she began to put in ammo in her revolver since it had ran out again. While Wheeljack soon noticed the car nearby. "Right, so it turns out these crystals once broken affects energon and human electricity."
"How does it affect human electricity?" Alexa asked, her pupils which now small shifted onto Wheeljack and Wheeljack answered with "Human electricity is a different type of inedible energon which is made by humans. And since it's still energon in some way, it gets affected." Alexa nodded understanding what he meant by that. Bumblebee soon went inside of the large van as all three of them entered from the back. Alexa looked as they drove off as Bumblebee was trying to find a signal of Optimus' location. Hoist looked over Alexa who seemed to look away, now that he realized it, her anger was restrained as his medical therapy skills kicked in. She had energon stained across her trousers, face and shirt as her brown eyes looked to be dull, the shine in them completely gone. He looked over her young face, which once had life and now seemed pale. She noticed him looking and asked quietly "Hoist, are you okay?" As Hoist snapped out of it. "Yes, I'm fine." And he could see the worried look on her face as he remembered that illusion of Grapple getting brutally slaughtered. Wheeljack seemed a little quiet as Bumblebee said suddenly "I think, we all need help. Can't go running around looking like skeletons." He joked. Alexa seemed to have a smile at his joking while Wheeljack chuckled a bit. Hoist noticed the increase in mood despite what happened and that made him sigh in relief. At it wasn't completely nihilistic and that's the last thing he wanted.
They all ended up at the end of the forest where the cube's effects didn't reach there as they finally got the signal of Optimus' location. He was nearby "Guys! He's is close to us." Bumblebee said as they all turned their heads to look at Bumblebee "What? Optimus is nearby?" Alexa asked as Bumblebee gave a nod at her "Yeah, In fact, he is around the grasslands. We are arriving there in a few minute." They soon got out of the vehicle as they heard someone nearby, it was heavy and sounded like another Cybertronian. Was that Optimus? Alexa hoped so as someone came into view, a familiar blue and red figure which made them all hopeful. Optimus prime. Optimus turned finally seeing them and running to them as he instantly bent down in front of Bumblebee and looked over his face first "You all are okay?" He turned to Alexa then everyone else as they said yes. "Oh thank the Primes, I was searching for everyone around here." And Alexa nodded by asking quietly "So whatever should we do now?" As there was the sound of quiet noises in the air.
Prowl was waiting for Ultra Magnus to come back as he rolled his own optics. It was honestly getting extremely tiring for the bot to actually come back since its been two whole hours. And all of them were gone somewhere. Prowl decided to actually find him as he moved through the shrubs and the brushes. Noises started to appear as Prowl found him being on top of a grassy hill as he looked over the area. There was so many blood splatters through the area as he started to look with a stern gaze before noticing hearing large robotic noises behind him as he turned seeing a black tractor instantly going at a quick speed as Prowl fell backwards from a large height and heard transforming noises "Again, I see?" He looked as his guess was right that this was a Decepticon as the Decepticon had a slight smirk on his face. "Your that Autobot I heard about, Prowl?" Prowl nodded and asked "And?" The Decepticon replied with "And I'm going to screw you up!" As he also landed trying to grab Prowl and hit him. Prowl dodged to the side as he kicked him back with the force of his own kick. Suddenly a large earthquake could be heard which got their attention and something loud screaming could be heard as Starscream had come in and was starting to shoot at something in the ground, but what? The cracks got bigger at every moment and Starscream saw a large metallic tendril come out and he shot it, causing a large burn as it started to scream out in complete pain.
