Chapter 117 - 117:- Wild Berries

Cielo honestly shouldn't have been surprised when the bandit returned with a leather pouch full of wild apples and berries, a guilty expression on his face.

"I apologize once again, My Lord. A little patience and someone worthy will be found." He said, ingratiatingly.

Cielo simply took the fruits and turned away, mentally preparing himself to resume the journey once more. He sighed and looked around the sun-warmed woods. This would have been a much nicer experience if it were from behind the pages of a book.

He never thought much of the physical weakness bestowed on him by virtue of being born a Bianci, a worshipped deity in human flesh. But right then, it was all he could think about. If his capture dragged on for much longer, his body was going to give in.

After a short while, the men started preparing to move again, and Cielo had had enough. When he was approached to get on his horse, he didn't move a muscle.
