He stands a few steps away, arm still half-raised, eyes bright, mouth open in a laugh that is way too proud for someone who just committed a snow crime.
"I aimed," he says. Proud. Absolutely unashamed.
"You—" I bend down fast, scooping snow with both hands. "You're DEAD."
I start packing the biggest snowball my dignity can manage, fingers numb, rage fueling me—

He's already backing away, laughing, boots crunching in the snow, antenna under headband flicking lil happily like they're applauding him.
