He suddenly raised both hands. A thick layer of a Magic Shield enveloped him. All the nearby cards exploded with flames, golden light, and Water Chains, but they were all blocked by the Magic Shield, sending ripples across its entire surface.
Suddenly, the shield vanished. It wasn't due to external force; the instructor had suddenly frozen in place.
Just for an instant.
A dagger appeared behind him, thrusting forward. The tip didn't penetrate his body; instead, it melted and stuck to his back. In that instant, the instructor snapped out of it, spinning around and retreating swiftly.
The Magic Bullet transformed into a beam and shot out instantly, but with no opponent behind him, it dissipated into the air.
The instructor looked at the dagger stuck to his back and pulled it out.
"One effective attack, huh," Alka said, smiling behind his mask.
"Just one week. It seems you found your own path even without my reminder from last week. You appeared to have had an idea for a while."
