The maid team in Laine Castle is basically replaced every year or two, except for the Dark Elf as his personal maid and Sylvia as the Head Maid, all other maids have to leave after a maximum of two and a half years, which is a rule set by Surya. Of course, she had told Laine that if he fancied someone and wanted them to stay, it was easy, just let her know.
