The Guiding Spirit carefully instructed: "Colonel Zhuang, what you now see as each light point is called 'Spiritual Light', representing the mental projection of an intelligent life.
"Spiritual Light appears in different colors, influenced by emotions. In technical terms, emotions cause fluctuations in soul power, producing different supernatural spectra.
"For instance, intense anger will tint the Spiritual Light with a slight red, while sadness will shade it blue.
"Emotions like fear and despair will turn the Spiritual Light gray or black— the higher the level of fear or despair, the more towards black the color leans.
"Generally speaking, the appearance of gray-black Spiritual Light indicates that something very bad has likely happened to the individual.
"On the other hand, different superpowers or superpower traits also have a permanent impact on Spiritual Light.
