"Bang!"
General Ke'er cursed fiercely: "Damn Platinum Palace!"
The so-called "Platinum Palace" is the Royal Palace of the Lan shi Kingdom.
The surrounding officers all knew why the general didn't curse the armored monsters but rather his own king.
The reason is simple; the military initially didn't want to get involved in this mess. Since the Great Xia People wanted to eliminate the mutant monsters in the Lan shi Kingdom, they might as well let them proceed, as the kingdom would benefit anyway.
Because the power shown by the monster was terrifying, even the Great Xia People's orbital strike weapons couldn't destroy it.
But the Platinum Palace, considering its own reputation, insisted on the military deploying fifth-generation jets to attack the monsters.
Due to the impact of natural disasters, the military-industrial strength of the Kingdom inevitably declined, and the Lan shi People had struggled immensely to assemble just over twenty of these fifth-generation new model jets.
