The so-called "Sangzhou Country" was originally the North Island of the Ying Sang Kingdom.
According to the "Pingjing Treaty" signed by the Pioneer Alliance and the Ying Sang People, the North Island gained independence and formed Sangzhou Country together with some surrounding small islands.
The local Ying Sang residents of the North Island, after experiencing a super tsunami, were reduced to less than one million people, all relocated to the other three islands of the Ying Sang Duchy.
As a country under Great Xia's trusteeship, the official language of Sangzhou Country is Great Xia Language, and all the place names have been changed to those familiar to Great Xia People.
For example, the largest city on the North Island previously named Shikuang, is now renamed Sangzi City, which is tentatively set as the capital of Sangzhou Country.
