The monstrous flames and floods engulfing the entire city did not kill those two beasts but instead turned the whole city into a sea of fire.

So even though she commits terrifying acts and kills many people, each murder has a clear purpose, achieving the greatest effect with the least casualties.
However, holding back for too long can lead to issues, and even someone as perfect as Perfikot can have moments when she wants to unleash.
Normally, Perfikot might indulge in invention or creation to calm herself or deal with depression, as she cannot carelessly vent her frustrations.
