Avery Jane glanced at the label and sighed inwardly. Such expensive clothes, and he says "make do for now". These days, young women can't afford a single piece even with a year's salary.
"Forget it, your suit is fine." Avery Jane looked at the clothes, shook her head, and reached out to pull at the oversized garment wrapped around her. Joshua Hughes extended his strong arm and pulled her into his embrace: "What are you thinking about?" He liked her spending his money; it made him feel present, as if he still played the role of a provider in her life.
She probably didn't know; when she lived at the Hughes Family estate, her custom-made clothes were much more expensive than these. If she knew, this little missy would definitely feel distressed. Joshua leaned down and whispered softly in her ear: "As long as you like it." He wouldn't force her to buy if she didn't want to, just slowly strolled around the mall, holding her close.
