Harry Hunter looked at him in astonishment: "Did what happened last night make you mistakenly think I'm magnanimous? Am I out of my mind to cooperate with a rival?"
"It's just one more person to protect my cousin."
Alexander Parker sat on the couch in his office, sipping the coffee delivered by the secretary, and said clearly, "We're not enemies. I've thought it through. I'll entrust my cousin to you, and I'll just watch over her from behind. If you bully her, I'll stand up for her. If you treat her well, then I'll always just be her cousin."
Harry Hunter was even more astonished. Did Alexander Parker have a problem with his brain?
He actually didn't want to fight for Isabella Weaver anymore!
"There's nothing wrong with my brain."
Alexander saw through his inner grumbling with a glance, "I just understand that I can't win against you. My cousin's heart is not with me, no matter how hard I try."
Harry Hunter nodded: "At least you have a sense of self-awareness."
