Sophia Sutton said so much and quietly waited for Alex Hawk to speak.
But the man, apart from looking at her with those eyes filled with pain, didn't say a word.
She found it somewhat amusing, checked the time, and pushed Alex Hawk away, saying, "Ten minutes are up, I need to go back."
She took a step back, nodded at him, "Goodbye, Mr. Hawk."
Alex Hawk looked at the void with his head down, finally couldn't help but shout at Sophia Sutton's back, "Sophia!"
Sophia Sutton turned her head to look at him.
"Noth... nothing..." he suddenly felt a bit nervous, his heart filled with a mix of bitter and sour emotions, something he hadn't experienced in the past twenty years.
"..." Sophia Sutton said nothing, just turned around and continued walking.
"Sophia..."
The man's low voice came again from behind.
She looked at him impatiently, "What do you want to say?"
"I, I just want to ask you," Alex Hawk bit his lip, said in a low voice, "In the future, can I pursue you?"
