"She had something to do," Ning Ze replied, his expression intriguing and seemingly not very happy.
Dong Le chuckled, "Could it be that you already broke up?"
Ning Ze glared at Dong Le, "Quit talking nonsense, we're doing just fine!"
Dong Le shrugged, "Then why don't you bring her over for us to meet?"
"What's the rush? I'll bring her to meet you eventually!" Ning Ze retorted impatiently.
Dong Le wanted to say more, but was stopped by Lu Hao.
"Alright, let's eat, everyone's starving."
Dong Le gave him a look and said nothing more.
Everyone took their seats, and Ning Ze immediately stepped up to enliven the atmosphere.
