Ning Yan gently pursed his lips, finally speaking, "If you don't like others coming into your room without permission, I'll leave first and wait for you to come down."
Feng Yi hurriedly rushed over to stop him, pointing to her own cheerful face, and retorted, "Where did you see that I don't like you coming to my room? Can't you see that I'm very happy that Uncle Ning came to find me? Didn't you really notice?"
"Then let me get closer for you to see—"
Feng Yi brought her pretty little face close to Ning Yan's, so close that her curled eyelashes could be clearly seen.
Ning Yan's ears turned slightly red, and he immediately took a step back, his body becoming slightly stiff. He cooled his voice, "I got it, you don't have to get so close."
Feng Yi: "Aren't I afraid you couldn't see? Now do you know how happy I am?"
Ning Yan: "…Hmm."
He realized that every expression on her face conveyed the word happiness.
