Tang Yige ran for an hour, feeling her skin pruned by the warm water. Fang Nian Nian reluctantly got out of the bathtub, then pulled out a towel from the cabinet and wrapped it around her chest before walking out of the bathroom.
Tang Yige's bedroom was set on the second floor, but it wasn't a separate room. Besides two walls, the side facing the stairs and the living room downstairs had no walls, making it quite open.
Walking to the wardrobe, Yige opened it and let her fingers glide over a row of clothes, finally picking out an off-shoulder high-waisted sweater and high-waisted flared jeans.
She tossed the sweater and jeans onto the bed and reached out to pull off the towel wrapped around her chest.
Her fingertips already touched the towel at her chest when she caught a glimpse downstairs with the corner of her eye.
She saw that, at some point, there was an extra person in the living room downstairs!
