"What do you mean?" Huo Chengjin stared at Jian Liangtong with a mischievous grin at the corner of his mouth.
"You've been checking in on me at my home, what exactly are you trying to do?" Jian Liangtong was so tense that her voice trembled as she spoke to Huo Chengjin.
Huo Chengjin's long eyes darkened, the curve of his lips lingering, "I mean, are you that nervous? I went to your house just to try my luck, to see if I might run into you."
"Do you think I'd believe that?" Jian Liangtong said hoarsely.
Today when he went to her house, it was impossible he didn't know she was home beforehand.
Huo Chengjin looked at Jian Liangtong's pale face, taking one hand out of his pocket and reaching toward her face.
But as he was about to touch her, she anxiously backed away.
Huo Chengjin clicked his tongue, frowning as he stared at Jian Liangtong's defensive eyes, "What are you dodging for? Do you think I would eat you?"
While speaking, Huo Chengjin suddenly took a step towards her.
