Lydia Brooke looked deeply at Jorge Saxton, her voice somewhat distant, "Are you helping me reach the height I want?"

She entered the entertainment industry not seeking fame; she once believed he could give her what she wanted, only to realize it was all a dream.
"Lydia, what you want, I'll give you. You want the position of Best Actress, right? Fine, I'll help you get there! But you have to promise me, that once you achieve this position, you'll leave the industry and live a good life, okay?"
Lydia's hand holding the chopsticks stiffened a bit as she looked into Jorge's earnest eyes, then suddenly smiled, "Jorge Saxton, your acting is indeed superb." She almost fell for it.
The concern he showed almost made her believe him.
"I won't quit acting; what I want, I will fight for myself. Since I've entered this field, I will achieve the highest honor. Jorge Saxton, I don't need your help; I believe I have the ability to eventually earn this honor."
