"Bastard, shameless scoundrel." Eva Miller cursed harshly, at this moment she truly wished she could flay Luke Land and feed him to the dogs.
How could someone so disgusting exist in this world?
One moment, he could sweet-talk you, coax you, be all lovey-dovey, and the next moment, with a change of expression, he could jump into bed with any woman?
"Stop thinking about him, stop thinking." Eva shook her head desperately, as if trying to exorcise his lingering presence from her mind. Whenever she thought of him, she felt like throwing up.
She cursed all the way back to the Davis Family residence.
"Eva, what happened to you?" Sophie Smith saw something was off with Eva Miller and walked up to ask.
"Don't ask. Who else but Luke Land could be responsible for this?" Eva took a deep breath. She couldn't show too much of her emotions in front of Sophie Smith, for she was afraid her emotions would affect her.
