'Interesting,' Kyle thought as he read through the document. 'It's not that the area is only for Crushers. It's just that no one stronger than a Crusher is allowed there. There are Primals and Transcendents as well, but they don't really have as much of an incentive to go there.'
'It makes more sense for them to live in the normal world since it's easier to get resources for them. However, there are still a few that are interested in joining different powers in the Secondary Sector.'
'Of course, there are also several Secondary Sectors, but they are pretty far apart. You know, I think these Secondary Sectors specifically exist for Crushers that want to become Legendary. It's kind of a way to allow them to have an impact on the world without fearing enemy assassination.'
'Well, kinda. It's just that it's harder to find them there.'
