The jade pines of the eastern courtyard stretched like ancient sentinels toward the sky. Wind rustled through their needles in soft symphonies, scattering light and shadow across the marble floor. Their trunks bore the marks of generations—scars from training, from testing, from tradition.
And today, that tradition would be carried on.
Word had spread quickly—the mysterious Li Wei, the one who stood beside Ning Rongrong, had agreed to a test of strength against none other than Sword Douluo Chen Xin.
Disciples gathered in hushed groups, clan elders stood along the edges of the polished stone ring in the center of the garden. Ning Fengzhi remained silent beside Gu Rong, his gaze sharp. And on the far end, near the flowering plum tree, Ning Rongrong stood still, hands clasped tightly together.
Li Wei stood at the center of the courtyard, dressed not in Diend armor but his usual Luocha blazer, elegant and flowing. A flash of light erupted from his hand as the Diendriver formed, transforming into its combat-ready gun mode. A gentle breeze stirred his black hair as he stared across the clearing.
At the far end, Chen Xin approached slowly.
The Sword Douluo wore pristine white with a long outer cloak that drifted behind him like a blade of light. His hands were empty not even summoning his own Seven Kill Sword martial spirit, but none doubted he could kill with a flick of a finger. He is a Super Douluo Rank 96. His expression was as composed as a drawn sword—firm, quiet, and expectant.
Around them, the crowd kept to respectful silence. Ning Fengzhi stood with Gu Rong and Ning Rongrong on a raised pavilion overlooking the match. Rongrong fingers twisted around her sleeve, her anxiety barely masked.
Gu Rong muttered, "He's really going through with this."
"He has to," Ning Fengzhi replied. "If he can't face this sword, how can he have qualifications to stand beside her?"
The two combatants bowed slightly.
"Are you ready, Li Wei?" Chen Xin asked, voice calm as still water.
Li Wei nodded once. "Yes, senior. I will not hold back."
"Good," the Sword Douluo replied. "Neither will I."
And with that, the air grew heavy.
A hush descended. The wind stopped.
Then—
The ground shifted. The jade pines stirred. Chen Xin took one step forward—and vanished.
Li Wei instincts screamed. He moved, rolling sideways as a flash of silver swept through the spot where he had stood.
"Fast," he muttered, eyes scanning.
A blur. Then steel.
Chen Xin reappeared midair, his hand raised—and from the sky, a torrent of sword light fell like rain.
Li Wei raised his Diendriver.
[KamenRide: Diend!]
The transformation engulfed him. His armor locked into place, glowing blue lines across the plates.
[AttackRide: Blast!]
He fired in a fan, blue energy exploding toward the incoming sword light. The blasts collided midair, flashing into shockwaves.
The force staggered him, but he kept his footing.
Chen Xin landed soundlessly.
"Your first ring," he observed.
Li Wei replied by switching cards and put it into Diendriver side slot.
[KamenRide: Kuuga!]
A red-armored figure surged from the card and charged forward with brutal kicks. Kuuga strikes clashed with Chen Xin palm, redirected, redirected again—until Chen Xin blurred, and Kuuga was sent flying.
"Next."
Li Wei smiled faintly. "Understood." As expected from the Super Douluo.
[KamenRide: Ryuki!]
The crimson-armored Rider with his dragon Dragreder leapt from a rippling portal, breathing fire. The heat swept forward, a brilliant wall of flame.
Chen Xin sword appeared in his hand—a spirit blade of translucent white, thin as mist.
He sliced the air.
The flame parted.
He sliced again.
Ryuki flew backward, weapon cleaved in half by a single blow.
"Third."
Li Wei exhaled. Sweat gathered on his brow. 'Is this the gap between Super Douluo and Soul King. I know about the gap but to experience it, it felt quite ridiculous.'
[KamenRide: Agito!]
Agito charged in, golden blades swinging with elemental power. Lightning cracked along his strikes.
Chen Xin did not dodge this time. He met Agito directly.
A clash of steel.
One second. Two.
Then Agito blade snapped.
Li Wei switched again.
[KamenRide: OOO!]
Putotyra form activated—roaring energy, swirling tail, frost and thunder.
OOO unleashed a barrage.
Chen Xin vanished.
A heartbeat later, the jade pines behind Li Wei exploded.
Li Wei spun, dodging just as a line of sword light scorched the ground.
Chen Xin reappeared, eyes sharp. "You fight with summoned strength. Why not your own?"
"Because I haven't shown you everything yet."
He drew a card. Put it into the Diendriver Side slot face up.
[BuffRide: Ex-Aid!]
A surge of pink energy repaired his injuries and refreshed his stamina.
Chen Xin nodded. "Good. Keep going."
From the sidelines, Ning Rongrong whispered, "Uncle Chen is pressing him too hard."
"He has to," Gu Rong murmured. "The boy asked to stand beside a princess. That path isn't given—it's earned." Seeing how the boy fight and his use of Martial Spirit even he know that this can be said to be something rare. 'This boy is strong.'
Li Wei body pulsed. His breathing was not only sharp now, but also focused. He knew Chen Xin wasn't even fighting at full power.
So he reached for his fourth ring.
[Final FormRide: Faiz!]
Faiz transformed into a massive blaster.
Li Wei caught it and aimed.
A flash of energy shot out—brilliant, pinpoint, and precise.
Chen Xin deflected with a single vertical slash. The energy split, crashing into the trees.
"He adjusted his blade to the frequency," Li Wei muttered. 'Strong. If it not because of the massive chasm that I need to cross to rank up, I should have already become Soul Emperor.'
Time slowed.
He reached for the fifth ring.
Taking out the K-touch device he press the image on it.
Mechanical voice sound:

He wears the Diend Complete Kamen Ride Card on his helmet, embedded in the Diend Crown, and on his chest are 8 Kamen Ride Cards of the main antagonistic movie-exclusive Kamen Riders.
He took it out, his trump card.
"Then it's time," Li Wei murmured. "The final card."
He held it up.

The card flashed with unstable energy. Then—the world shifted. The card on his chest change to display the Kamen Rider from the new movie version.
Behind Li Wei, eight portals of light opened like a crown.
The first to emerge: Kamen Rider Goda. Tall, imposing, armor pulsing with raw aggression with his theme of purple, yellow and silver. His claw at the hand like a wolverine at the ready.
Next, blue light: Kamen Rider Nadeshiko, graceful and fluid, eyes glowing with warmth. Having a silver armor with the blue line.
A flame-burst: Kamen Rider Sorcerer, staff spinning, fire gathering around him. Having a black armor with gold line.
A knight in golden red: Kamen Rider Mars, regal and fierce. He hold Sword Bringer that has been sheath into Apple Reflecter.
Then, a blur of speed and steel: Kamen Rider Dark Drive, black armor rippling. He hold Blade Gunner in his hand.
Another portal—crystalline echoes: Kamen Rider Extremer, serene and lethal. Wearing a black hooded with red eyecon shape on the chest.
A pulse of madness: Kamen Rider Another Para-DX, heterochromatic eyes of red and blue with the chaotic aura. Combine with the black theme armor.
Last—metal shrieked: Kamen Rider Metal Build, a fusion of technology and hate. Also having a black theme over him because of Hazard trigger. He put both of the hand at the back showing authority.
The garden shook.
Even Chen Xin raised an eyebrow.
"Eight Riders... at once?"
Li Wei eyes glowed faintly. "[NextGekijyouban] summons them all. For this fight, they are mine."
They charged.
Goda struck first, fists like meteors as he slash with the claw of centipedes. Chen Xin blocked with a layered blade field.
Nadeshiko followed, delivering graceful kicks, backed by Sorcerer flame spell that carved craters across the ring.
Chen Xin danced through them, every move slicing through spell and strike.
Then Mars and Dark Drive collided with him—force and speed. Extremer weaved through, timing her blows between Chen Xin parries.
Another Para-DX and Metal Build came last—chaos and brute force, tearing chunks of the field apart.
Chen Xin focused, and for a heartbeat—his blade turned silver-white.
He released a Sword Domain.
All eight Riders slowed.
Chen Xin footwork turned divine. He struck one after another.
Unlike the other forms, the rider do not disappear directly after being hit.
Ten seconds.
Li Wei extended his palm taking a card. The Diendriver glowed as he insert it.
[Final Attack Ride: Diend!]
All eight Riders leapt back. Their powers surged. Energy combined.
Kamen Rider Goda take the scanner and scan the medal to activate the scanning charge.
He then run before sliding and kick.
Kamen Rider Nadeshiko then activate the switch that call.
[Rocket On].
A rocket then appear on her right hand as she flew into the sky. Before she turn around with the rocket behind her with the kick infront.
Kamen Rider Sorcerer then put his hand on the driver using the hand that he wear the ring.
[Yes, Final Strike]
A glyph of gold then appear around him before it settle on his leg. He then jump before kicking toward Chen Xin.
Kamen Rider Mars pressed the blade on the Sengoku Driver three times before the energy seem to gather toward Sword Bringer. He then slash downward before energy slash come out heading toward Chen Xin.
Kamen Rider Dark Drive then turn the advanced ignition on the Drive Driver and pressing the shift brace. He then speed up before he slash toward Chen Xin.
Kamen Rider Extremer pushed lever at the Omega Drive four times. A giant eyeball then appear at his right hand to execute the finisher Oomedama. He then hurl it toward Chen Xin direction.
Kamen Rider Another Para-DX then push the lever of Gamer Drive toward the inside.
[Gashat]
Then toward outside.
[Gashatto]
[Knock Out Critical Smash]
The light also gather at the feet of Kamen Rider Another Para-DX. He then jump and execute Rider Kick.
Kamen Rider Metal Build then press a button on the trigger.
[Max Hazard On!]
He then turn the vortex lever, spinning it.
[Gata gata gotton! Zuttan zutan!]
[Gata gata gotton! Zuttan zutan!]
He stop turning the lever.
[Ready, go! Hazard Finish!]
He then jump toward Chen Xin and executing spinning kick.
A ring of Rider card then appear in front of him. Li Wei then Fires a powerful green and black beam through the nine ring of Rider cards toward Chen Xin.
Chen Xin then raised his blade.
The blast collided.
Light devoured the garden.
A shockwave surged through the estate. Barriers flared as Gu Rong had to raise a shield energy to prevent the attack from affecting the surrounding.
When the light faded—
Li Wei stood, panting. The Riders gone.
Chen Xin knelt, one knee down, his sword embedded in the stone. Nothing affecting him, even his breathing stable.
He then looked up before he stand before Li Wei.
And smiled.
"You pass."
Li Wei fell to one knee as well.
The silence broke with thunderous applause.
But all Li Wei looked for—was the relieved smile of Ning Rongrong in the crowd.
And there it was.
