Kaido had said it himself.

Queen nodded along. "Jack and King, you two really are idiots."
"But King is right."

She understood Wano better than Akame did.
The Shimotsuki and the Kozuki had a good relationship.
She knew a little about the Kozuki clan.
But what was happening now was completely beyond her understanding.
"It is probably not a misunderstanding," Ryuunosuke said.
"I already felt something was off about Momonosuke before."
