Chapter 436: [The Son of Heavenly Dao]
Chu Keqing arrived by plane in a city in the western part of Dragon Country.
A few days ago, she made several phone calls and used some connections to contact several economically disadvantaged counties in a certain province in the west.
The Liu Family borrowed one billion US Dollars, more than expected, giving Chu Keqing more room to maneuver.
After leaving the airport, she boarded the reception vehicle from the local official institution, even politely refusing the local official's reception banquet, directly embarking on the "going to the countryside" journey.
In the following ten days or so, Chu Keqing visited six counties and nineteen towns.
Almost every morning when she woke up, she would leave the hotel or the local official guesthouse and board the luxurious business car accompanying her.
Every morning and afternoon, she would visit a local impoverished school.
Her approach was methodical.
