Huang Shan glanced at Hua Tiantian as she walked up. Hesitating, she dialed the man's number and moved to a spot further away from the film set to avoid being overheard.
The call connected.
"It's me. Did you see my news?"
Already feeling irritable, Huang Shan didn't really want to call her ex-boyfriend, but she had no choice due to certain motives. Unexpectedly, before she could finish speaking, the man exploded on her.
"You're famous now, huh? So why are you calling me? Don't ask me anything—I don't know."
With that, he hung up, leaving Huang Shan staring dumbfounded at her phone.
"What does 'Don't ask me, I don't know' mean?"
She couldn't shake the feeling that his words were odd and seemed to carry some hidden meaning. As she thought more deeply about it, she noticed something unusual.
