Chapter 305 - Chapter 305: Miracle

Chapter 305: Miracle

One second, two seconds, three seconds… A full five seconds passed before movement returned to the arena. The first to break free was Bibi Dong, followed closely by Guang Ling, then Qing Luan and the others.

The moment they regained control of their bodies, they turned their furious gazes toward Han Li.

And were promptly ignored.

It wasn't his fault the entire arena got locked down.

Besides, the energy cost for him was enormous. The moment his domain activated, it nearly drained his soul power dry. Thankfully, he had long prepared spiritual medicines hidden in his sleeves. By drawing power directly from his soul bone, he barely managed to sustain his ability.

Oh, and he had also secretly swallowed a Dragon Ganoderma Leaf to recover about half of his soul power only then could he release his domain's suppression on key individuals.

Bibi Dong, Guang Ling, and Qing Luan alone had consumed nearly half of his power. For comparison, restraining Tang Xiao, even with his attack, had only taken about twenty percent.

Of course, the effects were well worth it. In just a few seconds, the faith energy directed at him had surged threefold. Not a bad trade.

Everything was for the sake of stability. If it had just been Tang Xiao's outburst, he could have suppressed it effortlessly. But that cunning man had dragged Xiao Wu into it. There was a chance her Invincible Golden Body could have blocked the attack, and Han Li had no intention of accidentally killing a few spectators with residual force.

A little demonstration for Bibi Dong? Sure, he could accept that too.

Let's speed things up. No need to take risks.

Han Li subtly glanced toward the sky. The moment he had activated his domain, that familiar sensation of divine surveillance had returned.

His fifth soul ring flickered. Four arrows pierced through the still rotating Yin Yang Domain, striking the four targets.

Xiao Wu barely had time to react before Han Li's gaze alone sent her unconscious. A spiritual shockwave rolled over her, leaving her eyes rolled back as she collapsed. With a flash of light, she disappeared into the wristband on Han Li's left arm.

The other three weren't so lucky. From behind Han Li, the claw of the Evil God Hook extended without warning, piercing their abdomens. The spatial energy within it locked their soul power, leaving them immobilized at Han Li's feet.

As the three collapsed, the Yin Yang Domain shrank to a ten meter radius around Han Li, finally allowing the rest of the crowd to feel their bodies again.

Silence.

The domain had been withdrawn, but most people remained in their previous positions heads tilted back, staring at Han Li, still enveloped by the twin colored light above.

Though their bodies had been frozen, their minds had remained active. For that fleeting moment, it had felt as though they had died. The sensation was horrifying.

"I apologize for the fright, but the crisis has been resolved. No need to worry."

Han Li's calm voice echoed through the arena, pulling the audience back to reality. The Spirit Hall members collectively bowed, their eyes burning with admiration.

The other factions, however, remained silent, their expressions flickering with unease.

Han Li glanced at Bibi Dong's dark expression and smirked but refrained from provoking her further. That woman was insane, but now wasn't the time to deal with her.

She had completely ignored Liu Erlong, whom Han Li had deliberately arranged for this tournament. He wondered if she'd remain so passive when it came time to deal with Yu Xiaogang.

He knew her better than anyone. Even when Tang Xiao attacked earlier, she hadn't shown the slightest intention of stepping in.

"The Haotian Sect colluded with soul beasts, threatening human society. The evidence is irrefutable, and the facts are laid bare before you all. Does anyone have anything to say?"

Han Li addressed the entire arena, but with the Haotian Sect's three representatives lying at his feet, it was clear he was directing his words toward the major faction leaders seated above.

"We will follow the Holy Son's decision. The Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect will spread the word to the world as a warning," Ning Fengzhi was the first to respond, as quick as ever to pick a side.

His statement set the precedent, and soon, others voiced their agreement.

The most ruthless was Davis. In full view of the crowd, he ordered a Contra at his side to suppress Dai Mubai before personally shattering his heart meridian. He declared that anyone tainted with soul beast blood even his own brother must be eliminated.

Yet, despite his stern declaration, the corners of his lips twitched upward, barely able to suppress his joy.

Tai Long met the same fate. With Davis leading the example, the Heaven Dou Empire showed no hesitation, especially with someone from the Strength Clan involved. They acted swiftly.

As for the now vanished Xiao Wu? No one asked. It was as if she had never existed.

Everyone was smart enough to read between the lines. No one asked how the Haotian Sect would be dealt with, either.

Han Li understood their thoughts but didn't care.

After all, just moments ago, Golden Crocodile Douluo had already led the Angel Legion out of Spirit City, accompanied by Qianjun Douluo and Jiangmo Douluo.

If anyone from the Haotian Sect survived after this, Han Li swore he'd change his surname to Yu Xiaogang.

"The Soul Master Tournament… is it over now?"

A voice broke the tension.

Not everyone was interested in political conflicts. The fights were done, so shouldn't the event conclude already?

Everyone was momentarily stunned. Too much had happened in such a short time that they had almost forgotten they were here to watch a tournament.

"Of course."

Bibi Dong stepped forward, ready to bring this "farce" to an end.

To her, that was all this was a farce.

Han Li and his people had acted without consulting her at all. While the eradication of the Haotian Sect aligned with her interests, it had completely disrupted her previous plans. She needed time to reconsider her next moves.

Han Li's strength had exceeded her expectations, and the divine aura emanating from him was far too intense. She had many questions she wanted to ask the Rakshasa God. Perhaps she would need to set everything aside and fully commit to her divine inheritance first.

"Your Holiness, please wait. Han Li has something more to say."

Bibi Dong paused in her tracks, glancing at Han Li, who bowed slightly. His etiquette was flawless, and his request was reasonable she had no reason to refuse.

"Very well."

She nodded, giving her approval.

What else does the Holy Son want to do?

Even the audience, which had been ready to disperse, halted their steps. This young man had shone too brightly today there was no harm in staying a little longer to listen.

"All of you present here today should be well aware of one fact: to cultivate as a soul master, one must possess innate soul power, even if it is only at level one."

The crowd, unsure why Han Li had suddenly brought up such a basic concept, instinctively nodded. It was common knowledge, even for those uneducated.

"But what if I told you that I have found a way to allow people without innate soul power to cultivate?"

His voice wasn't loud, but the weight of his words made those who heard them tremble.

To cultivate without innate soul power? Was he joking?

After the initial shock, their first reaction was disbelief.

Then, they looked up Han Li's warm, confident smile made their hearts waver.

"Is… is this true, Holy Son? Can I cultivate too?"

After a long silence, a trembling voice rose from the crowd.

Even though the finals were being held in Spirit City, soul masters were still a minority compared to the general population.

Nearly half of the spectators present were not soul masters. The man who had spoken was well dressed but bore no trace of soul power in his body.

"Of course. I never lie."

Han Li's firm response echoed through the arena.

"Even… even Blue Silver Grass?"

Nearby, a woman clutching a young boy's hand stepped forward. The boy raised his right hand, revealing a floating strand of blue grass.

Their eyes were filled with hope.

"Yes. If you don't mind, I can demonstrate for everyone."

Han Li's voice softened.

The woman hesitated before nodding. "P please, Holy Son…"

She attempted to kneel, but an unseen force lifted her and her child, gently bringing them toward Han Li.

"Come here. This will serve as a demonstration for everyone."

A single glance was enough for Han Li to determine the mother's cultivation level 17. Most likely another Blue Silver Grass user who had been lucky enough to awaken as a soul master.

Seeing the mother and child's nervous expressions, Han Li merely smiled and placed a single finger on the boy's forehead.

There was no real need for physical contact, but honestly, just standing there was awkward especially with every single person in the arena staring at him.

Great Desolate Prison Sky Finger cough.

Han Li mentally joked to himself as he sent a gentle stream of soul power and spiritual energy into the child's body.

"Since this is the first time and a demonstration, I will assist in guiding the process."

While he spoke, Han Li controlled his energy, circulating it through the boy's body.

To speed up the process, he used the original, complete version of Xuantian Technique, rather than the modified version he intended to release publicly.

Of course, he didn't bother explaining that.

If the child later joined Spirit Hall, this was simply a privilege. If he didn't, then whatever he managed to remember was his own fortune.

Han Li was essentially playing the role of a benevolent old master handing out opportunities surely, he didn't need to offer customer support as well.

One cycle.

Two cycles.

Three cycles.

After three circulations, Han Li withdrew his hand. The boy remained seated, but a faint ripple of soul power was now radiating from his body.

It had worked.

Soul Power Level 3.

The audience had been watching intently. It was easy to tell that the child, who had previously had no soul power, now did.

"This cultivation speed is only for reference. He received my direct assistance. For most people, the growth rate will likely be similar to that of someone born with innate level one or two soul power."

"However, for those with innate level one or two soul power… their cultivation speed may now reach level three or four."

Han Li straightened, his sunny smile unwavering yet, for some reason, many felt a chill in their hearts.

"Oh, I almost forgot to tell you all the name of this cultivation technique is Xuantian Technique."

At Han Li's feet, Tang San his soul power sealed, body immobilized, and voice silenced could only widen his eyes in shock.
