A step could be heard.

A group of people appeared in front of Arithia with their weapons, and the leader among them stood at the front and commanded everyone to charge ahead.
"WE'RE FIGHTING FOR OUR HOME AND OUR ROYALTY. SO FIGHT AND DEFEAT OUR ENEMY FOR THEM!"
Everyone then began to charge towards the uncountable amount of the unknown envoy and attack them with their weapons. Joining a fight with Hikari and Arithia. They continue to fight with their own will and strength even though they couldn't see the enemies are getting fewer.
"BOOM!"
"SWOOSH!"
Together, they continue to fight until their last breath. But with Hikari's ability. It won't happen. With Hikari's ability, he carries all the damage of his allies within his radius. Also, those damages that got hit on him will instantly get generated. That makes all of them invincible.
But with the infinite amount of enemies. Just how long will this battle will long? What is going to happen there?
As they continue to fight, suddenly all the unknown creatures begin to gather in the sky together. Then they could see one figure up in the sky.
Since they can't fly up to there, they then cast magic and charge it towards the direction on where the creatures are gathering.
"ZZZZ..."
"BOOM!"
A smoke fills the sky from the magic attack before. But the attack from them seems to be nothing. The unknown envoy continues to gather around circling the unknown figure up in the sky and defending it.
But then, the figure up in the sky revealed himself and talked.
"You already obtained the key; just how could this happen? That key, that love. They're all mine."
Hikari then flies and goes in front of that person. Looking at him directly and asking "Because of your dream, you cost a people life, do you?" That person then laughed. He told Hikari that it was, of course, it is. Besides that, they're all nothing other than just a data. They all will exist inside of this world and be belong in this world. Then no one could even know them and remember them. Because they're just a tool. That's why he wanted to use them.
Hikari just remains calm and asks that guy "Who are you? And why did you do this?" The guy then smiled and told Hikari that they had encountered each other many times before if he was not wrong. It's weird that Hikari won't recognize him. So that person then told Hikari.
"I'm Lucien. I and my people's objective are to take what it means to be ours. I don't care what will happen. As long as I can achieve it, then I will continue to do it. Even someone as invincible as you couldn't stop me."
Hikari still remains calm with that. He knows that Lucien is just trying to taunt him so that he might do something dumb. Hikari knows that he might be able to get something if he continues to talk with Lucien. Plus, no one below them is getting hurt yet.
"I don't care about your ambition. I don't even understand what did you said. But, each of them. My comrades' lives are as important as yours too. So, why did you want to kill each other? Making a war here?"
Lucien laughed. Be continuing to laugh and tell Hikari that won't it be fun to see people die? To see how many people he could slaughter and watch them suffer? Besides that, he also has his own intention of doing that, so a little sacrifice won't hurt at all, right? Besides of that, they're nothing other than just an image inside of that world.
Hearing that, Hikari wasn't sure what he should do. He didn't think that Lucien had any intention of stopping this war. Even with a very long talk. So did he really need to kill him?
"If you have the guts to kill me, then come. But your comrades shouldn't bother with us."
Lucien used the system and grounded everyone on the ground. Locking them all from moving. Hikari saw that and he then clenched his fist and said, "This is between us! Why did you do that to them?!"
Lucien then just laughed. He told Hikari that he did that, so no cheap trick will happen there. Besides of that, he knows that Hikari can make that battle much more interesting if it is just the both of them.
All the unknown creatures surround them, and they all pointed towards Hikari. But Lucien didn't say it was a game over. He just smiled and said.
"I know you have a tricks out there, do you? A sword that carries everyone's soul. But, that is not gonna stop me."
Hikari smiled back as Lucien charged towards him. As the creatures are trying to hit Hikari, suddenly a large amount of sword from the outside comes through the creatures and tries to wipe them out as Hikari is fighting with Lucien.
"CHING!"
"CHANG!"
Hikari and Lucien crossed their swords and tried to defeat each other. As Hikari is using his ability 'Thousand Swords', where he summons all of the swords of the lost heroes up in the sky and controls them while fighting his opponent. The thousands of swords all fly and wipe the enemy there. Using all of the lost heroes' abilities that are sealed inside of that weapon, the weapon continues to fight until it can wipe everything.
Lucien spawned a firearm and then shot it towards Hikari. It does leave a hole in Hikari's body. But that is not enough. Lucien keeps on shooting and Hikari changes the form of his weapon to a sword and shield. Using the sheild to block the bullet, he then dashed towards Lucien. But of course Lucien could have predicted such a thing to happen. Suddenly he spawned a rocket launcher and aimed it at Hikari to shoot it. But Hikari threw his sword on Lucien to make him miss the shot.
Lucien missed the shot and then he was frustrated by it. But at that time, Hikari continued to dash towards him and hit Lucien with his sheild.
That attack caused Lucien to get pushed back, and he also got a bit hurt by that. He got blown and then quickly recovered his state. He could see that Hikari was changing his weapon into a bow and shot towards him. So Lucien quickly commanded the unknown creatures to protect him from that attack and become his shield.
But unfortunately, the magical arrow that Hikari shot went through the shield and hit Lucien. The force from the arrow is too strong that it caused Lucien to get pulled by it. But he just smiled and stood still. He looked at the arrow and asked Hikari, "You are sure something. So how about we take it to the next stage?"
But Hikari just keeps on firing the arrow while Lucien keeps running away from it.
"SWOOSH!"
"SPLAK!"
Each of the arrows from Hikari hit Lucien, but he doesn't seem to be taking any damage from it. Lucien just keeps on running and then hides inside the creatures.
"Hey, King of the Atrium City. You are really powerful, do you? But what makes you powerful? Is it your experience? Or is it the system that set you up? Because for me-"
The creatures all now merged with Lucien and became its chainmail. Lucien even spawned a mechanical robot that are seemed to be controlled by him. Hikari could see how big the robot was but that was nothing for him. But what he wonders now is its ability. Lucien smiled and continued his words.
"The system is mine. I stole everything because I wanted to destroy it. But you and that bastard. Just keep on getting in my way. So, I have no choice. No, it's not like that. I want to kill both of you. With the system that I stole."
Lucien controls the mechanical arm on his right arm and shot out the missiles from it.
Hikari could see there were a lot of missiles there and he then put the energy into his sword and cut through the direction where the missiles were coming. All the missiles exploded and the explosion happened there.
The smoke filled the sky and suddenly Hikari saw a laser go through the smoke and was about to hit him.
"Vzzzt!"
"CHING!"
Luckily, Hikari was able to defend himself from the laser. Hikari took out the sheild again and all the lasers got spread away as he shot it out.
Hikari held the laser attack and as the laser ended, Lucien looked at him with a laugh and said, "For someone as ancient as you. It was really impressive when you can block the weapon from the future."
Hikari didn't waste any time, and he then continued to attack Lucien by shooting another charged arrow towards him.
"SWOOSH!"
Lucien blocked the attack using the mechanical arm, and he used another arm that created a laser sword on the arm and charged it on Hikari. Hikari also took out his sword and charged towards Lucien.
"HARGHH!!!"
Hikari then opened the portal and teleported to Lucien back while Lucien was just confused by it. But then the sword hits Lucien and Lucien quickly kicks Hikari away and uses his mechanical arm to punch Hikari.
Hikari got hit by it and he saw that Lucien was using the other arm to catch him, so he quickly evaded it and threw a sword towards Lucien.
"SWOOSH!"
The sword is too fast but Lucien was able to block it using his arm. Since his arm has a chainmail. The sword didn't go through his arm and Lucien then continued to attack Hikari.
When Hikari saw how the situation was now, he could feel troubled by it. It seems like the physical weapon won't do much damage to Lucien. So does it mean all he can do now is to attack Lucien using the magic?
Hikari then flew and gave it a try.
He flew to get an opening then cast a spell; he used the power of all his crystals and combined them and shot the elemental attack on Lucien.
The crystals that are combined with the decaying liquid hit Lucien armor and caused Lucien armor to get affected by it. Lucien the got stressed by it and he then tried to attack Hikari by locking the target on him and launching all the rockets at him.
Hikari saw it and destroyed the rocket using the magic before it could even reach him. But again, the rocket caused the smoke to fill the sky again and Hikari wasn't able to see around clearly. Then Hikari could hear the sound of the rocket launching again and he was so sure it was locked on him.
Hikari then quickly uses his ability to shout out the water around him, causing the smoke to get wiped out by it, and he then quickly cast an ice spell that caused the rocket to get frozen by it.
Hikari knew that the rocket might explode when it reached the ground, so he controlled one of his flying swords and cut the rocket before it reached the ground. So in the meanwhile, Hikari then took out his sword and changed its form into daggers and dashed towards the mechanical arm.
Hikari enhanced the daggers with his ability and sliced through the mechanical arms. Lucien was so shocked as he saw that. But he then just kept on fighting. Lucien used the broken arms and shot out the rocket using the remaining part of the arms.
There are only a few rockets that are launched towards Hikari. Since there are only a few of it, Hikari just wipes it out easily. Then Hikari quickly cast a spell and caused the Lucien chainmail to Rotten quickly. Hikari then changed his weapon into a heavy sword and then dashed towards Lucien after empowering his heavy sword with his magic, and then he slashed through Lucien's body.
"HARGH!!!"
For the first time, Lucien's horror face could be seen, and he then fell to the ground. While Hikari is looking at him while he is still flying. Lucien then uses the system and heals himself up. The creatures up in the sky are still flying and spreading.
Lucien laughed as he healed up and looked at Hikari.
"I really shouldn't underestimate you. But this is not the end. This will never be the end. Not like this."
Lucien uses the system and multiplies the unknown creatures up in the sky and it then causes Hikari to get shocked by it. He then saw Lucien escape within a seconds and then everyone began to regain their state, and they all then joined Hikari to fight with the remaining creatures.
While Hikari is fighting, he then begins to wonder.
"There's a lot of world out there. But from what kind of world you are? Why did you want to see all of this suffering? When will we be able to find it out?"
