Chapter 202 - Chapter 201: A Way to End It

With a thought, the one intact eye began to change rapidly. Silver-white ripples spread across the pupil, and within them a hexagram slowly appeared—the God Eye opened.

The star-array spun, sending strange silver waves across Goku's entire body. Beneath him, a luminous six-pointed formation blossomed, rotating as it released a rich, life-filled aura.

As that life force poured into him, the frightening cracks webbing Goku's body faded away. In just a few moments, he was fully restored.

He flipped his hand and produced a senzu bean, tossed it into his mouth, and swallowed. His waning ki surged skyward. A world-shaking aura erupted from within, drawing a long howl from his throat. His combat power spiked at a staggering rate.

Saiyans are a warrior race: every brush with death yields a dramatic rise in power. Since gaining an undying body, that talent had rarely triggered for Goku—his "injuries" never truly counted. This time, however, his rapid ascent said it all: he had been genuinely hurt and truly faced death.

"Hm?"

A gleam flashed in the Undying Being's eyes as he sensed the sudden swell of power far across the cosmos.

"Goku, is it? The blood of a Saiyan.... troublesome," he murmured, a hint of surprise in his tone. "If I'd known, I'd have arranged a weaker vessel for him when he crossed worlds. It seems I can't let him live. At his growth rate, he might actually become a threat—unlikely, but still…"

"This body is too big… inconvenient."

As he muttered, the Undying Being's colossal frame shrank rapidly, finally settling into a three-meter-tall, powerfully built man. He looked human enough, except for the explosive musculature that radiated raw strength. His features were unremarkable, but the black light glinting in his eyes would make a soul sink into eternal night if it stared too long.

Nearly three meters tall, thick with muscle—he looked like the kind who relied on brawn more than brains.

He swept a hand in the air and conjured a massive mirror. Admiring his physique, he struck a few poses, then praised himself with naked vanity: "Handsome! Too damn handsome! I, Yuanmie, truly am the most handsome being in the entire dimensional multiverse!"

Anyone watching would have been at a loss for words.

"No—there's something more important to do."

The being called Yuanmie snapped out of it. His playful air vanished, replaced by a surging killing intent. Black mist coiled around him, thick with an evil aura.

"Heh-heh… Goku, since you freed me, I'll make sure you receive… special attention."

Dark, bewitching light flickered in his eyes as the black haze wrapped tight—and he vanished without a trace.

"Raaah!"

Somewhere in the universe, a fierce shout split the void. Crimson flames of ki spiraled high, sinking the local space as terrifying shockwaves rippled across the stars.

Watching Goku's power rocket upward, the gravely injured Beerus and Whis were shaken. Drifting in the vacuum, they exchanged a look and found the same bitter smile in each other's eyes.

"This Saiyan bloodline is absurd," Beerus muttered in awe. "Even now, he's still getting stronger…"

---

Across the endless cosmos, stars fell one after another and exploded, spraying oceans of fire through the void. The space boiled like an apocalyptic sea of magma pouring over the universe.

This doomsday tableau plunged the universe into panic. The crushing aura made it hard to breathe. With stars dying in droves, was this the herald of the universe's end?

Within Goku's blazing red aura, his skyrocketing ki finally leveled off. He clenched his fists, feeling the new power, then shook his head. "Not enough. This still isn't enough to handle him."

In a flash he appeared by Beerus and Whis in turn. A wash of divine light fell over each of them, restoring their shattered bodies. He handed them senzu beans; moments later, both had climbed back to their peaks.

"We're restored, and your power's way up… but we still aren't his match," Whis said grimly. Yuanmie's display of strength had left him with a heavy sense of futility.

"No. There's still a way."

Goku's eyes gleamed as he took in the torn space and the tumbling, detonating worlds.

"What way?" Beerus and Whis fixed their gazes on him. Could such a monster truly be handled?

"Destroy this universe," Goku said calmly.

"D–destroy the universe? Are you insane?" Beerus shouted. "Even as a Destroyer God, I've never considered anything that absurd. Before we could do it, the will of this universe would grind us to dust!"

"Exactly why it must be destroyed," Goku replied, still calm.

Whis's eyes flashed. "You mean…?"

"Quit speaking in riddles," Beerus snapped. "Spit it out."

"The Sovereign of this realm is the universe's true master. He only appears when the universe nears destruction. If we force him to show up, someone will take care of Yuanmie."

Goku spoke by sound transmission, wary of being overheard.

"That… might work," Beerus said, eyes lighting up. "What are we waiting for? Let's do it!" His aura surged.

"Hold it. Not by our hands," Goku said quickly, sending another private message. "We need to fight Yuanmie and use his power to push the universe to the brink. Otherwise, the realm's Sovereign could erase us along with everything else."

"That could work," Whis agreed, then frowned. "But our gap with him is enormous. We can't even last a single exchange."

"Right. As much as I hate to admit it, he's terrifying. One misstep and he slaps us into paste," Beerus said, face unusually serious.

"That's why I need you to channel your power into me. I'll face him. With my body, he can't one-shot me."

Goku's tone was steady but grave.

"Well, well… what are you scheming?"

Black mist boiled in the nearby void. Yuanmie stepped out with a smirk, looking at the trio as if they were insects. "Planning something, are we?"

"That aura… it's him? He can get smaller?" Beerus blurted, staring at the nearly three-meter-tall hulk.

"I am not 'that guy.' I have a name," Yuanmie snapped, then preened. "Remember it, tiny mortals. Count yourselves lucky to learn my origin. I am the Evil of the Dimensions—Yuanmie—an undying being condensed from the malice of the entire multiverse. Frightened yet? Wah-hahaha!"

Beerus and Whis were speechless. Goku, however, grew solemn. An undying entity formed from the multiverse's collective evil? No wonder he's this strong…

"Don't resist. I'm taking you into my world," Goku said, transmitting his voice to Beerus and Whis. Confused by the sudden message, they were about to react when an overwhelming force of transference seized their bodies. Shocked, they hesitated—then, remembering Goku's words, they let it happen. Their figures vanished.

Watching the three disappear, Yuanmie frowned. "Into Goku's created world, is it? Annoying… But if you think that lets you escape, you're only buying a little time."

"Wh-where are we…?"

Beerus and Whis gaped at the scene around them. They had arrived in a space utterly different from the Dragon Ball universe. Shock rolled through them.

"G-Goku…"

Saeko and the other women hovered in the distant sky. When they saw him, joy lit their faces and they started toward him—only for Goku to hold up a hand. "Don't come any closer. Get far away."

Seeing his serious expression, they nodded, tore open the air, and retreated to watch from afar.

Goku turned to Beerus and Whis. "This is a world I created. We don't have much time. Since he calls himself the Evil of the Dimensions, he'll find my world's node quickly."

"You said… you created this world?" Beerus cut in, shouting in disbelief before Goku could finish. "Impossible!"

Whis wore the same wide-eyed stare. "D-don't tell me… you're already a Sovereign?"

This wasn't some pocket space—it was a fully formed world. Only a sovereign could do that.

---

"Yeah. I disappeared for more than thirty years, remember? During that time I went to another universe and seized that world's Sovereign authority. But its dimension was low—far beneath this one," Goku said briefly. Then his face hardened. "Enough talk. He's found my world's node and he's about to break in. Send me your power—now."

Shaken though they were, Beerus and Whis didn't waste another second. They flared to their limits, spread their arms, and poured a roaring ocean of crimson ki into Goku.

As he absorbed it, Goku's combat power shot up, surpassing the first stage of Super Saiyan God—at least in raw energy.

When the transfer ended, Beerus and Whis were so drained they could barely stand.

"We've given you everything," Beerus said, glaring, breath thin. "If you don't force the sovereign to show, I won't forgive you."

"Relax. I can handle that much."

Confidence rang in Goku's voice. He formed a hand seal—two shadow clones appeared, then fused together. A figure with a ki nearly identical to Goku's stood before him.

Without another word, Goku tossed the Potara earrings to the clone. Each put one on opposite ears.

A blinding radiance erupted, flooding the sky. The brilliance was so fierce that Beerus and Whis had to squint against it.

From within that searing light, an indescribable aura surged. The very fabric of the space trembled—as if Goku's world might burst under the weight of that power alone.
