Chapter 174 - #174

Boundary Town Island.

The casino battlefield was torn to pieces. Cracked stone tiles, collapsed houses, and scorched ruins were everywhere.

No one dared to stay near the battlefield. The clash of monsters was no place for spectators.

Only three figures remained within the blast radius: Mufasa, Ahri, and Zatoichi—the swordsman who was now unconscious.

Before Mufasa let go of Ahri, he turned to her calmly.

"Take Zatoichi somewhere safe to rest," he said. "Come find me after I win."

Ahri nodded quickly, scooped up Zatoichi, and dashed out of the danger zone.

From above came a growl.

"Hmph," said the towering figure of the immovable brute, Enel. His eyes blazed like thunderclouds. "You think you can win? You lost your ship. Let's see how you run from Border Town now. I'll crush you slowly. Bit by bit."

Mufasa smirked, the corners of his mouth twitching in amusement.

"Oh? Gonna crush me? Come on then. I'll stand right here. Go ahead and try."

He tore away the tattered cloak draped over his shoulders, revealing a chiseled torso that looked like it was carved from obsidian.

Naginata in hand, Mufasa stood firm, completely unfazed.

That arrogance alone was enough to make Enel's blood boil.

"Alright then. I'll kill you!"

A lightning storm exploded around him, bolts flashing wildly.

Thunder cracked.

But all it did was make Mufasa's spiky white hair even more stylish.

He casually ran a hand through it and grinned.

"Heh. I really do prefer washing my hair with electricity."

Enel grit his teeth. Lightning alone wasn't working.

He let out a low growl, and his body began to spin slowly.

If the lightning earlier was a Nature Transformation technique—

Now he switched to Form Transformation: smoke.

Enel, the self-proclaimed Thunder Emperor, was far from done.

Thick clouds of smoke coiled above him, spinning faster and faster.

The smoke turned into a violent vortex, whipping up a hurricane.

Debris—wood, stone, shattered metal—lifted into the air and spun like meteors around Mufasa.

Then came the chaos from the nearby docks: gunfire, crashing waves, and the roar of clashing forces.

Enel grinned wickedly.

"Haha! Your ship's about to sink! Your crew will be fish food at the bottom of the sea!"

But Mufasa didn't even flinch.

"Not worried at all?" Enel shouted.

Mufasa shrugged casually.

"Nope. You must be underestimating my crew."

"Those lunatics can handle themselves."

He raised a brow. "Tell you what. If you even manage to make me bleed—just a little—I'll call it your win."

Enel roared. "Arrogant bastard! I'll tear your flesh off, smash your bones, and grind them to dust!"

The hurricane spun tighter.

Debris screamed through the air toward Mufasa, like a thousand spinning blades.

"Oh no," Mufasa muttered with mock concern. "If my pants get shredded, that'll be embarrassing."

He glanced down. "I don't even have Hulk pants."

A magnetic field shimmered around him.

Just a hair's breadth from his skin, the debris froze. Spinning. Screaming.

But never touching him.

One centimeter. No closer.

Enel gritted his teeth.

"Break through! Come on, BREAK THROUGH!"

But nothing worked.

"Why can't I even cut his pants?!" he screamed.

Frustrated, Enel twisted the hurricane upward.

Wind howled. Debris and whole buildings were yanked into the sky.

Smoke, rock, wood, iron—all spiraled upward like a vacuum had opened in the heavens.

Mufasa tilted his head. "Oh? That's new."

Above, wreckage collided mid-air.

Clang. Crunch. BOOM.

A shadow loomed.

Piece by piece, a titan formed from smoke, metal, and rubble.

Over 20 meters tall.

It slammed to the ground.

The island trembled.

Hard-to-Break, now one with his giant construct, sneered.

"Hmph. Look what you made me do. This ugly form… You pissed me off."

Mufasa clapped. "Nice."

"Seriously, it's impressive you pushed your kekkei genkai this far."

He admired the giant.

Bloodline Limit: Smoke Form.

In most anime, it's not exactly flashy.

But this guy turned it into thunderclouds, hurricanes, and now a living fortress.

The size alone was terrifying.

Enel roared from above. "Stop talking, old man. Die already!"

The giant raised a massive foot and stomped toward Mufasa.

Mufasa reached up and caught the foot.

His hands dug into the giant's smokey heel.

Enel grunted and pressed harder.

"Feel that? That's REAL power!"

Mufasa looked up and grinned.

"You know what?"

"Your posture is really something."

Enel blinked. "What posture?"

"I just can't stand the way you're standing over me."

Then came the shout from below.

"ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA!"

"MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!"

Mufasa's fist blurred, slamming into the smoke giant's foot like a storm of punches.

Click.

Boom! Boom!

The entire right foot of the smoke giant cracked like shattered glass. Fissures spread upward like a spiderweb, creeping from the sole to the shin.

Click. Crack.

In the blink of an eye, the entire leg collapsed. The stones and iron that made up its frame exploded into dust.

Before Enel could even deliver a dramatic speech, Mufasa casually flicked his wrist.

His naginata transformed into a monstrous drill, its sharp metal spiral forming over his left hand. The thing looked like it came straight from a mad scientist's nightmare.

Enel stared, stunned. "W-What are you planning?!"

Mufasa grinned, spinning the drill.

"What else do you do with a drill?" he laughed. "You drill!"

"It'd be a shame not to test it on something this massive."

Ahri, watching from a distance, covered her mouth with a gasp. "Oh my..."

With a burst of chakra, Mufasa launched upward and drilled straight into the underbelly of the smoke giant.

Crash! Boom!

Chunks of rubble, crushed metal, and broken earth rained down.

Mufasa had torn through nearly half the smoke giant's core in one move.

Enel cursed. "Damn it! Even this form isn't enough?!"

Smoke hissed out from the giant's skull-like head. The monstrous body collapsed, smashing into a dozen buildings as it fell.

Mufasa hovered above the wreckage, the giant drill vanishing as he dismissed it.

"Still think you're on my level, tough guy?" he called out. "C'mon, be my son already."

Enel gritted his teeth. Once hailed as the Thunder Emperor of this sea, bowing to anyone—especially Mufasa—was unthinkable.

Enraged, he shot toward the harbor.

"If I can't break you, then I'll break your crew!"

Mufasa's gaze darkened. "That's a line you shouldn't cross."

"They're my family. You lay a hand on them, and there's no forgiveness."

He raised his hand, revealing a massive, triple-bladed fan—each wing over three meters long.

Ahri's ears twitched as she watched. "Wait... is he seriously playing with that now?"

Enel scoffed mid-flight. "My smoke body is immortal. Let's see you try and stop me."

Mufasa didn't respond. Instead, he activated the fan.

Da-da-da-da...

The fan blades spun like the rotors of a war helicopter. Wind howled.

Suddenly, the smoke body began to slide backward, pulled by the suction.

Enel's eyes widened.

"No... Wind?! You--you knew this would happen!"

"Of course," Mufasa said. "You can turn into smoke, but even that has limits."

The air pressure intensified. The smoke body began breaking apart, drifting helplessly toward the fan.

From the other side of the bay, cannon fire echoed.

The Flying Dutchman surged into open waters, unrestrained.

Like a beast unleashed, it tore through pirate ships with ease. Each blast sank another vessel.

Manyo stood at the helm, guiding the wind. Enemy ships couldn't even get close.

Within minutes, a dozen pirate ships had sunk. Those that survived fled back to port, trembling.

The message was clear: the Whitebeard Pirates ruled the sea.

Back at the battlefield, more of Immovable's smoke body was sucked into the fan and shredded.

This wasn't any ordinary fan. Each blade was infused with Wind Chakra, able to slice through smoke like a hot knife through butter.

Enel, eyes wide, screamed, "I give up! I surrender!"

He transformed back into his human form—a thin, almost fragile-looking man. No armor. No intimidation. Just a man trying to stand tall in a terrifying world.

Mufasa stopped the fan and laughed. "See? If you'd used your head earlier, you wouldn't be in this mess."

From imposing beast to defeated man, Immovable now looked like a lost kid.

Mufasa, towering with his white beard and unshakable presence, floated high above.

The people of Boundary Town gazed skyward in awe.

From the Flying Dutchman, shouts echoed:

"Captain!"

"That's our boss!"

Mufasa raised his fist.

"From now on, Border Town belongs to Whitebeard!"

"If you want to oppose us, step up and challenge me!"

He punched the ocean.

A shockwave burst across the surface, sending a massive wave crashing outward.

On the ship:

"Victory!"

"Whitebeard is unstoppable!"

"We are the Whitebeard Pirates, and the sea belongs to us!"
