The Hook and Tom caught up with Sangyu, who had taken the lead.

"Iron lady!" Tom glanced back at the trainees behind him, "If you're a man, catch up with Sangyu!"
The trainees quickened their pace.
Sangyu glanced sideways, speaking to a trainee whose breath was a little erratic, "Don't fall for the instructor's trick. If you keep running like this, half of you won't finish before your legs cramp."
"Then why are you running so fast?" The Hook asked with a grin.
Sangyu shot him a look, "Because I've been training since I was young; a ten-kilometer run with weights is a piece of cake for me."
